警察によりますと、男は、伏見区に住む中村正勝容疑者（５０）で、現場からそのまま逃げましたが、３１日夜、大阪府の四條畷警察署に出頭し、人を刺したことを認めたことから殺人未遂の疑いで逮捕されました。
これまでの調べで中村容疑者は、被害者のグループと人間関係をめぐってトラブルになっていたということで、３１日は、猪飼さんら男女数人が、車で中村容疑者のマンションを訪れたところ、入り口やその周辺で２人が相次いで刺されたということです。
調べに対し、中村容疑者は「相手の命はどうなってもいいと思って刺した」と供述しているということで、警察がトラブルの内容や犯行に至る経緯などを詳しく調べています。
