救急搬送のビッグデータ分析へ 大阪の大学・病院など

救急車の搬送時間と治療後の患者の状態の関連などを分析して救急医療の改善に役立てようと、大阪の大学や病院などの研究グループは、大阪府が蓄積している年間およそ４５万件に上る救急搬送のビッグデータを分析するプロジェクトを、今月から始めることになりました。
大阪府内では、毎年６０万件余りの救急の通報があり、このうち府内の医療機関に搬送されたおよそ４５万件について、救急車の搬送時間や治療後の患者の状態など詳細な記録が、府が運用するシステムに残されています。
この膨大な記録を救急医療の改善に役立てようと、今月から大阪大学や大阪市立大学など５つの大学と泉佐野市にあるりんくう総合医療センターなど２つの病院の医師などの研究グループが、共同で分析を進めることになりました。
この中では、病気ごとに搬送にかかった時間と治療後の状態の関連を調べたり、搬送先の病院が決まらない、いわゆる「たらい回し」事例の原因を分析したりするということです。
研究グループによりますと、救急医療についてこれだけ大規模なデータを分析するのは、世界的にも珍しいということです。
責任者を務めるりんくう総合医療センターの松岡哲也副病院長は「消防や病院のデータを合わせて分析することができるので、救急医療を取り巻く新たな課題が見えてくると期待している」と話しています。
