サッカーＪリーグの現役最年長でことし５１歳になる「カズ」こと三浦知良選手がふるさとの静岡市で新年最初のサッカーを楽しみました。
三浦選手はお正月にふるさとの静岡市で、子どものころに所属していたクラブチームの子どもたちなどと新年最初のサッカーを楽しむのが恒例となっています。２日は早朝から地元の小学校のグラウンドで、ふだんの背番号と同じ「１１」番をつけてＯＢチームの一員として中学生と対戦しました。
Ｊリーグの現役最年長でＪ２の横浜ＦＣに所属する三浦選手は、今シーズンの開幕翌日となる来月２６日に、５１歳の誕生日を迎えます。三浦選手は得意のボールをまたぐフェイントを見せたり、ゴールを決めたりしてプレーを楽しんでいました。
三浦選手は５１歳となるシーズンに向けて「チームの勝利に貢献できるよう１分１秒を大事にしたい」と意欲を見せていました。また、６月に開幕するワールドカップロシア大会については「ワールドカップは自分にとって大きな夢。少しでもそのレベルに近づけるよう頑張りたい」と話していました。
