また「大企業が見せかけの働き方改革で残業時間を低く抑えることができても、取引先や子会社、下請けにしわ寄せがくることはあってはならない。『働き方改革元年』と位置づけ大企業だけでなく中小企業や非正規の労働者が自分たちが主役だと思えるような働き方改革を実現していきたい」と述べ、長時間労働の是正など「働き方」の見直しにも取り組む考えを強調しました。春闘は今月下旬に労使のトップが会談し、事実上、交渉がスタートします
