Actually, I'm a wine person though, I'm keeping myself dry from alcohol for last half year. Then, I've turned to sweet teeth. I baked sugarless fruit cake with yogurt cream for my husband and my family loved this cake. Yey! I'll try new recipes more this year.
Happy New Year, everyone!
■INGREDIENTS■
3 bananas
2 eggs
50g honey
200g pancake mix
50g pitted dry prunes
50g dry mango
12 mini Oreo
Choco-pen brown and pink
50g butter and margarine (1/3 butter)
200g fresh cream
50g sugar
Sweet Yogurt 400g
■DIRECTIONS■
Previous day, wrap the yogurt up by kitchen paper, put it in a sieve and press it by a bag filling up water.
On that day, preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Smash the bananas.
Beat the eggs.
Cut all the dry fruits into small.
Mix banana, egg, honey, butter and margarine, and dry fruits well in a bowl.
Sieve the pancake mix into the bowl and mix softly.
Pour it into a pound cake mould.
Bake the cake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Place the cake on the sieve to cool down.
The yogurt got thick cream now. Stir it well.
After whip the fresh cream 80%, mix with the yogurt, then fill a icing bag with the cream.
Keep the cream cool in the fridge.
Cut the cake into 6 pieces and cool down in the fridge as well.
Heat pink and brown choco pens in hot water.
Draw the parts of bears' face on cooking paper.
After dried up the choco, squeeze the cream on the cake, and decorate choco and mini Oreos like Panda.
Enjoy!
