今感じることは
特定秘密保護法がますます効力を発揮していることです。
特に、
憲法で許されていない自衛隊の行動、訓練計画などが、
まだ
集団自衛権の合憲・違憲、可否討議を国会で討議中なのに
当たり前のように
自衛隊内部ではもう決定され訓練が実施されています。
しかもそれは
国会では討議さえもなされようとしていませんでした。
たまたま
日本共産党がそれを暴露し、国民ははじめて知ることが
できた次第です。
このように
国民にとって重大な事実が
知らされないのは多分秘密保護法によって
保護の予定だった。
もしくは保護されるからなのでしょう。
はっきり言って、
秘密保護法そのものが「憲法違反」の法律だからでしょう。
というのは最高権力機関のはずの国会さえも
この法律によって例に違えず「無視」「軽視」されてしまうからです。
普通、
立憲民主国家では違憲の「法律」が国会で討議にかけられ
決議のため上程されることそのものが異常事態でしょう。
今後、
スーダン、チュニジアなどに自衛隊が派遣されるでしょうが
総理大臣の談話では
政府はアフガン、イラク、シリアのようなアメリカの戦争には
出ていかないといっています。
しかし、
特定秘密保護法があれば
それが、
ベトナム戦争の時の「トンキン湾事件」、イラク戦争の
「大量破壊兵器が隠されている」というでっち上げの情報で
あっても”当然開戦するとき”は秘密にされている筈です。
