My mother B (along with her travelling companions) are stuck at the Airport in Helsinki. This due to a snowstorm.

New time of arrival to Tokyo will be 25th of November.
The plane will be arriving from Seoul with flight number XXX.

Please cancel, if possible, the hotelrooms for the 24th and also please cancel the sightseeing tour that was scheduled for the 25th.
