Video monitoring system is an important part of safety technology system. At present, the application of this system in China is developing very fast and the market competition is fierce. In this design, video monitoring system mainly consists of the following parts: image information collection and preview; Simple control, storage and playback of the captured image. With the rapid development of computer technology, the whole system is developing towards digitalization, networking and integration.

The development of video monitoring system has gone through three stages. Before the early 1990s, it was mainly a closed-circuit television monitoring system with analog equipment, called the first-generation analog monitoring system. In the mid - ninety - s, with the improvement of computing power and the development of video technology, people use high-speed data processing ability of computer video acquisition and processing, using high resolution of display image showed more, thus greatly improving the image quality, the multimedia master station system based on PC is called the second generation of digital video monitoring system of local. In the late 1990s, with the rapid improvement of network bandwidth, computer processing capacity and storage capacity, as well as the emergence of various practical video processing technologies, video monitoring entered the fully digital network era, known as the third generation remote video monitoring system. Based on the network, the third-generation video monitoring system takes the compression, transmission, storage and playback of digital video as the core, and the intelligent and practical image analysis as the feature, triggering the technological revolution of video monitoring industry, which is highly valued by the academic circle, the industry and the use department.

In recent years, with the rapid development of computer, network, image processing and transmission technology, video monitoring technology has also achieved rapid development. Due to the wide application of video control system and its rapid development, two products of digital control, analog video monitoring and digital video monitoring, have been launched in the domestic and foreign markets. The former technology has been very mature and stable in performance, and has been widely applied in practical engineering, especially in large and medium-sized video monitoring engineering. The latter is a new video monitoring system with computer technology and image video compression as the core. This system solves some disadvantages of the simulation system and rises rapidly, but it still needs to be further improved and developed.

With the advent of the digital information age, digital high-tech products are increasing and improving day by day. In order to improve and perfect the production, management level and increase the competition, all industries try to adopt perfect high-tech products first. Video monitoring system is one of the products of the information age. Video monitoring system is an ideal tool for high quality management. Is also a public security, anti - theft prevention is essential to a strong right-hand man. It can greatly reduce unnecessary manpower, monitor visual area in real time, control the actual work status on the site, reflect everything happening in real time and quickly, and facilitate managers to deal with emergencies in a timely manner.

In order to meet the needs of informatization, in accordance with the technical specifications of video monitoring system and in combination with the characteristics of modern requirements, this paper adopted advanced and reasonable design ideas and relatively perfect equipment to design and realize the video monitoring system, striving to achieve the perfect combination of reliability and advanced nature of electronic monitoring system.

In the design of the scheme, due to the full consideration of the application of current demands and the rapid development demands in the future, the overall functional facilities of the system are equipped according to the complete functions, practical, convenient to use, reliable quality and advanced technology with capacity expansion. Carefully analyze the price, function, stability and reliability of each system product, and adopt mainstream products according to the principle of high reliability and high cost performance; System integration is carried out on the principle of high overall security, stable performance, less maintainable failure and simple system operation. In a word, it should embody the overall design idea of advanced and practical, convenient operation, high degree of automation and safety and reliability.

Strictly in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, combined with the specific situation, with the best design scheme, adopt the advanced and mature technology and equipment and materials, not only meet the demand of the current, and combining the need of high-speed data transmission, to keep the whole system in a period of advanced and good expansibility, so as to adapt to the development of information industry of the future business and technology upgrading.

Video monitoring project is an advanced and complex comprehensive system project. From the beginning of the system design, including the whole process of construction, installation, commissioning and final acceptance, the standardized design and management of the system should be completed in strict accordance with the relevant national standards and norms. At last, formal test and acceptance report and complete set of construction drawings and technical data are submitted for the user's file.

The main specifications implemented include the national standards of the People's Republic of China and the public safety industry standards of the People's Republic of China:

While designing the scheme of this monitoring system, the present needs and future long-term interests should be fully considered. First of all, it should meet its basic functional needs and meet the requirements of economic and practical use. In addition, it should fully consider the future development needs, have extensibility, fully protect existing investment, and have a high cost performance ratio. The construction of the system should be strictly in accordance with relevant national, local and industrial standards and norms. In the absence of standards and norms, the relevant national, local and industry standards and norms should be referred to the development of standards and norms. The analysis, design, implementation and testing of the system shall be strictly in accordance with the software engineering standards and specifications, and open technologies and international mainstream products shall be adopted as far as possible to ensure that the system conforms to international open standards.

The construction of video monitoring system directly affects the use effect, external image and investment return. Therefore, the system design must be safe and reliable. This plan has fully considered the adoption of mature technologies and products, and the optimized plan is adopted in equipment selection and system design. And from the line laying, equipment installation, system debugging services and other aspects, fully meet the requirements of reliability.

The signal processing part of video should include the following contents: set the camera for video signal collection at the monitoring point; The video signals collected by the camera are connected to the control room for monitoring activities through video cable. After video frequency division equipment and signal amplification equipment are used to process video signal frequency division and amplification in each control room, one set of signals is used for video monitoring on site, and the other signals are provided to other control rooms or dispatch rooms. The signal used in the field monitoring is connected with the industrial TV monitor through the picture splitter or matrix controller to complete the monitoring purpose of video information in the field. After video signal is processed with video 2 frequency divider in the dispatch room, one set of signals is used for integrated video monitoring in the dispatch room, and another set is provided to the digital signal processing part for processing.

Assignment代写:Harm of ocean acidification

More than 250 million years ago, the earth experienced one of the most dramatic extinction crises, with about 90 percent of Marine life and 70 percent of terrestrial life disappearing. Exactly what caused so many species to die off has long been a matter of debate.

Now, a new study offers important clues. Scientists believe that ocean acidification, caused by rising levels of carbon dioxide in the air, may have played a crucial role in the ancient extinction event. Marine life with calcium carbonate shells, in particular, is particularly vulnerable to acid conditions.

Ocean acidification refers to the gradual acidification of seawater as the ocean absorbs excess carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. The term "ocean acidification" first appeared in the famous British scientific journal nature in 2003. The oceans currently absorb about 8 billion tons of carbon dioxide a year, and while it has played an important role in slowing warming, the oceans have also paid a high price.

As atmospheric concentrations of carbon dioxide rise over the next few decades, and the seawater that absorbs the gas eventually becomes more acidic, the earth is likely to head toward another serious extinction event that could repeat the history of more than 250 million years ago.

Canada ocean physicist alvaro monte Montenegro said: "although compared with many other what is happening, the role of acidification of the oceans, in fact, it is difficult to quantify, but our results clearly show that ocean acidification in the ancient extinction events plays a major role, played a great role."

It is clear that humans have made and will continue to make the oceans more acidic, and we can expect it to affect some Marine life, of which clams, mussels and other aquatic shellfish are most at risk. The results suggest that life may not be able to adapt quickly enough to change the ocean's pH.

PH is a measure of the activity of hydrogen ions in a solution, which is generally a measure of the pH of the solution. The higher the pH goes to zero, the more acidic the solution. And the more we go to 14, the more alkaline the solution is. At room temperature, a solution with a pH of 7 is neutral.

The evolution of life is interspersed with many major extinction events, including the one that wiped out most dinosaurs about 65 million years ago. The sequence of the most extreme events so far goes back more than 250 million years. The Permian ~ Triassic extinction event is a mass extinction event that occurred between the Permian and Mesozoic Triassic about 250 million years ago. In terms of lost species, 70% of earth's terrestrial vertebrates and up to 96% of all sea life disappeared. The extinction also caused the only mass extinction of insects, with 57 percent of "families" and 83 percent of "genera" disappearing. It took millions of years for the terrestrial and Marine ecosystems to fully recover, longer than other mass extinctions. PTB is the largest of five mass extinctions in the geological era, so it's informally called a "mass extinction," or "mother of mass extinctions." It took at least 100, 000 years for the ocean to return to normal after an estimated 450 gigatons of dissolved carbon dioxide were blamed for an extinction event 65 million years ago.

Scientists know that giant volcanic eruptions send huge amounts of methane and carbon dioxide into the atmosphere at very high temperatures. Geological studies have shown that oxygen levels in parts of the ocean floor are very low, but it's still not clear what causes it.

In order to solve some of the mystery, alvaro monte Montenegro and his colleagues created a computer model, simulation and extinction in before extinction. The model includes a continent that is precisely aligned according to historical circumstances, and also the first time the ridg-strewn seafloor has emerged to create a lifelike pattern of flow circulation. After setting the temperature and carbon dioxide concentrations to the maximum levels they assumed existed at the time, the researchers looked at what would happen in the ocean. Their results confirm that warmer climates do not account for the record of changes in the oceans at PTB, and that high levels of carbon dioxide alone can cause a significant drop in the ocean's pH.

British geologist helwig Noel Paul said: "as for why the extinction of oxygen at the bottom of the ocean is so little, the model does not provide much evidence, it shows that we need to do a lot of research work, can we truly understand occurred in the biggest extinction event in the history of the earth."

But acidification, or lack of oxygen, is an impending crisis in the modern ocean. The fossil record shows that the aquatic shellfish were destroyed in PTB because the acidic environment made it difficult for them to secrete and feed their shells.

The severity of the problem has been exacerbated by the cold water, which means aquatic shellfish in the higher latitudes face the greatest threat today. According to the researchers' projections, the first casualties could be pteropods between 2030 and 2050. These snails live in surface waters at high latitudes, forming the lowest end of many fish and bird food chains. Between now and 2030, the southern hemisphere's oceans will corrode snails' shells. These mollusks are an important source of salmon in the Pacific, and if their populations decline or disappear in some areas, that could affect the salmon fishing industry. In addition, the loss of coral reefs in the sea's continental shelf, which generate billions of dollars a year for tourism, will be a major setback for tourism.

Today's oceans are more acidic as more carbon dioxide enters the atmosphere through fossil fuels and other sources and is likely to spread southward into warmer waters, threatening creatures such as clams, oysters and corals.

Since the industrial revolution, more than a third of the carbon dioxide released by human activities has been absorbed by the ocean, increasing the concentration of hydrogen ions in surface waters by 30 percent over the past 200 years and lowering pH by 0.1. The increasing acidity of sea water breaks the balance of Marine chemistry and threatens the Marine ecosystem. Many Marine organisms and even ecosystems that depend on the stability of chemical environment are faced with huge threats. The extinction of some shellfish is a strong proof of ocean acidification. Ocean acidification has also severely damaged biodiversity and caused the emergence of some invasive species. As the main force of photosynthesis in the ocean, phytoplankton species are numerous, their physiological structures are diverse, and their ability to use different forms of carbon in the sea water is also different. Ocean acidification will change the conditions of competition among species.

With so much carbon dioxide being absorbed, the oceans are acidifying at an unprecedented rate. At present, the only effective solution to the problem is to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.

Thesis

Development Study: Chapter Guidelines

Please Note:

1. These notes should be read in conjunction with the suggested writing frame

2. it is suggested that each chapter is structured with an introduction, main body and summary / conclusion

1.怎么写Introduction?

Introduction

·Outline the nature of the research problem or question

·Explain why you chose this topic and why it is relevant

·How to Writing Dissertation/thesis?Make it clear what the actual purpose of this research will be

Context /Background

·Give a detailed description of the context of the study and any relevant background (including historical, if appropriate)

·Provide the reader with enough detail to understand what your study is about

·Avoid any unnecessary or irrelevant material

·Emphasise any particular or unusual aspect of the research that you intend to focus on (perhaps because you think it is important or because it interests you).

Aims

·List three or four things that you hope to achieve or find out with this research

·Make your aims clear, concise and realistic

Methodology

·Outline your research approaches, strategies and methods

·Identify the target group for your data collection

Summary

·Identify 4 or 5 key points about your study

·Give a brief overview of how the study will be structured

·Introduce the next chapter

2.怎么写Literature Review

Please Note: this is the longest and possibly most difficult chapter of the report. Make sure your material is well organised by use of numbered side-headings and sub-headings. At the draft stage it should be carefully edited to remove any irrelevant material.

The review should:

·Be organised into 4 or 5 major ‘themes’ or topic areas

·Clearly show how these themes are linked together and how they are directly relevant to the study

·Closely follow the research aims / research areas of the study

·Set a theoretical framework for the study

·Identify key texts / information sources relevant to the research topic

·Review and critically analyse what others have written about the topic in general

·Describe and analyse any research that has been carried out on your particular topic (or similar work)

·Compare and contrast the ideas and opinions of different authors

·Give your own opinions / ideas wherever possible (but note that these should be supported by evidence such as the work of others)

Some advice on selecting information sources

·Use as great a variety of sources as possible, i.e. books, journals, published documents, published research papers, reports, web sites, CD ROMs; and in certain cases newspaper and magazine articles, radio and TV programmes, and film or video

·Generally try to use sources that are as up date as possible, except perhaps where a particular publication is regarded as a standard work in that field.

·There is no minimum or maximum number for listed references but in most development studies about 15 to 20 would be adequate providing they are carefully chosen and appropriate.

TO AVOID PLAGIARISM PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING POINTS

·All material (i.e. hypotheses, arguments, quotations, ideas, suggestions, opinions, data, statistics etc) that are not your own should be attributed to the correct author or source

·Always make it absolutely clear exactly which is your own work and which is the work of others

·Be consistent in your style of referencing (you are strongly advised to use the Harvard System)

·Every time you find a relevant piece of information record it, so that you can find it later and reference it correctly if required

·Always try to put other peoples work into your own words even though you are acknowledging it as someone else’s material. The only exception to this is when you are using a direct quote.

·Material taken from Chinese sources cannot be regarded as a direct quote as it will have been translated into English

·If you are using ‘secondary sources’ you must say so

Remember that careful editing can be the key to a well written literature review. What you decide to leave out is often as important as what you put in!

3.怎么写Methodology

Please Note:

This chapter should not be a ‘cut and paste’ copy of your educational enquiry assignment although material from this can be used where appropriate. However all strategies, methods etc that you discuss should be ones actually used in your particular development study

In this chapter you should:

·Introduce some basic principles of research design

·Provide a detailed research timetable to show organisation and forward planning together with contingency plans for any hold ups or problems

·Explain carefully all research approaches , strategies and methods used in your study. Their features, characteristics and uses should be discussed supported by theory from your background reading.

·Analyse and compare the strengths and weaknesses of each technique

·Justify the selection and use of these techniques in the context of your study

·Clearly explain why the strengths are important for your study but also suggest how you might compensate for the weaknesses or limitations of each particular methods

·Discuss the steps you will take to ensure reliability and validity of your data and the measures used to minimise error, including the concept of ‘triangulation’.

·Compare the advantages and disadvantages of collecting primary versus secondary data and the limitations of each,

·Describe the target groups and sampling methods and explain the reasons for your choice

·Describe any pilot studies you carried out and the outcomes

·Outline the methods you intend to use to analyse your data, emphasising the differences between qualitative and quantitative data

·Briefly mention any relevant ethical issues such as confidentiality, personal privacy, transparency etc.

Please Note: questionnaires, interview questions, observation schedules etc do not need to be included here but should be put into an Appendix at the end of the report

4.怎么写Data Analysis?(Analysis of Findings)

In this chapter you need to analyse and explain the findings from your data collection (ie questionnaires, interviews, classroom observations etc). It should be the ‘heart’ of your study and as such it needs to be written carefully and thoughtfully.

In this chapter you should:

·Summarise your quantitative data (questionnaire results) numerically using tables, bar charts, pie charts etc

·Summarise your qualitative data (interview transcripts) descriptively by listing the key points and emphasising any unusual or interesting responses.

·Discuss and interpret the findings, looking for similarities / differences; agreement / disagreement between respondents,

·Identify any ‘patterns’ of response i.e. issues that respondents feel strongly about; feel reluctant to discuss etc

·Identify and try to explain, any extreme, unusual or unexpected responses,

·Be as specific as possible (generalisations can come later, in the conclusion)

·Relate your analysis to your original research aims to give it more meaning

·Analyse the data systematically (question by question is usually easiest although it can be appropriate to analyse questions in groups where they are similar and / or relate closely to specific aims, research questions or themes).

·Include (where relevant) any secondary data obtained during the literature review. Does it confirm or contradict your own findings?

·Analyse data from different sources separately (or it can get very confusing for the writer and the reader!)

·Summarise what you have learned (and the implications) from each data collection method.

·Bring these together by considering the similarities and differences between data collected by different methods and from different groups of respondents..

·Evaluate what you have learned overall in the context of your study and draw appropriate conclusions

·Comment on the reliability and validity of the actual data you collected and the possible affect on your conclusions

Please Note: give yourself plenty of time to write this chapter. Do not leave it until the last minute and then try to finish it in a hurry!

5.怎么写Conclusions and Recommendations?

In this chapter you should:

·Remind the reader of your original research aims

·Summarise your findings in relation to each aim (this will be very similar to the final part of the last chapter)

·Make recommendations and proposals relevant to the study topic and related to your findings

·Target your proposals at particular groups i.e. teachers, school / university management, ministry of education department etc

·Remember that the recommendations should be specific and based on your findings

·Describe briefly any limitations in your research and suggest suitable improvements

·Outline any ideas you might have for further research that could be carried out to extend your own work

·Describe what you have gained personally by doing this research and how this might help your professional development.

Paper代写:Low carbon consumption in the UK

2018-09-04 17:05:33 | 日記
本篇paper代写- Low carbon consumption in the UK讨论了英国的低碳消费。

At present, China wants to develop low-carbon economy and promote the sustainable development of economic society, and low-carbon consumption is the driving force to realize low-carbon economy. In the way that Britain develops low-carbon consumption, their experience can give our country many inspirations.

Low-carbon consumption is a mode of consumption characterized by "low energy consumption, low pollution and low emissions". Reducing greenhouse gas emissions is the ultimate goal of low-carbon consumption. Low-carbon consumption is the most essential manifestation of sustainable development in the consumption field. It promotes the harmonious development between human and human and between human and nature, represents the harmonious symbiotic development between human and nature, social economy and ecological environment, and realizes intra-generational, intergenerational and human-nature fairness. In the context of global environmental resource shortage, we must improve the utilization rate of resources, reduce the waste of resources, and make more use of renewable energy. Limited resources should be used to meet people's basic needs. Therefore, low-carbon consumption is a consumption way to better improve the quality of life.

In the new century, the UK became the first country to propose a low-carbon economy, advocating the development of a low-carbon economy around the world. As early as 2003, the government white paper "the future of our energy: creating a low-carbon economy" proposed to fundamentally turn the UK into a low-carbon economy by 2050, and made the realization of a low-carbon economy a top goal of the UK's future energy strategy. In July 2009, the UK government promulgated the UK low carbon transition plan. Accompanying the plan are documents such as the UK renewable energy strategy, the UK low carbon industrial strategy and the low carbon transport strategy. Through government guidance, the UK encourages enterprises to save energy and reduce emissions, and citizens and social organizations to implement low-carbon consumption.

According to the ons, the main sources of carbon dioxide emissions are power stations, other energy industries, commercial and public services, agriculture and forestry fuel use and so on. Between 1990 and 2007, Britain's carbon dioxide emissions fell from 592.4 million tonnes to 543.7 million tonnes, a decreasing trend every year. The power station has achieved the most substantial reduction in carbon dioxide emissions. %. As a whole, carbon dioxide emissions have been reduced since 1990, thanks to a series of effective policies by the British government. During that time, Britain's GDP kept rising, while its net carbon dioxide emissions and carbon concentration were falling. Overall, when co2 emissions have fallen, GDP has risen by about 52 percent? , the overall carbon concentration decreased by about 40%. And the rise in GDP does not lead to the rise in carbon dioxide emissions, which means that developing a low-carbon economy can not only maintain economic growth, but also reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, the development of low-carbon economy, the choice of low-carbon consumption and the transformation of economic development model are the inevitable choices of The Times.

Limited by natural conditions, Britain is small in size and surrounded by the sea, so resources are relatively scarce. However, the UK gives play to the natural advantages of its island countries and pays attention to the use of Marine resources in the research and development of low-carbon technologies. Therefore, it leads the world in the development of low-carbon energy sources such as offshore wind and algae energy. In 2008 the government set a target of 33GW of wind capacity within a decade. Other new energy sources are also developing. For example, the government has a plan to promote solar energy and subsidize the installation of solar panels on the roof.

The renewable-energy obligations and renewable-energy directive targets were raised each year from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, 9.4% of UK electricity was supplied by renewables, up 2.6 percentage points from 2012. In 2009, Britain generated 5.0% of its electricity from renewables overall. In 2013, the proportion rose by 4.4 percentage points to 9.4%. The percentage of renewable-energy obligations rose from 4.8% in 2009 to 9.7% in 2014, a rise of 4.9 percentage points. Although in some years all renewable power generation has declined or stayed flat. But overall, the amount of electricity generated by all renewable energy sources has been on the rise for the past decade or so. In other words, during this period, renewable energy has been well used in the UK.

Whether the concept of low-carbon consumption can be accepted by the public or not, the government plays an important role in this process of guidance. The government should make clear its development plan, improve laws and regulations and actively promote the research and development of low-carbon technologies. First, governments should lead by example. For example, government officials need to take public transportation in their daily life to reduce the government's own operating costs. Second, the government should improve policies and systems related to low-carbon consumption. The government should comprehensively use tax, subsidy, fund, low carbon fiscal tax policy and other means to promote the formation of low carbon consumption life of the whole society. The government can establish tax preferential policies for low carbon consumption while imposing higher taxes on high carbon consumption, regulate energy conservation and emission reduction by means of tax, and promote the formation of low carbon consumption environment.

In the process of low-carbon economic development, enterprises, as energy consumers, also bear important social responsibilities. The government must encourage enterprises to develop low-carbon industries, give preferential policies to enterprises that use clean energy, guide enterprises to develop new energy and improve energy efficiency. On the one hand, companies can reduce energy consumption by upgrading equipment and introducing advanced low-carbon technologies. On the other hand, enterprises can produce low-carbon consumer goods for the society, so that people have more choices to buy low-carbon and energy-saving consumer goods, which can further promote the development of low-carbon consumption.

The main body of low-carbon consumption is citizens, and the participation of citizens is the social foundation of low-carbon consumption. The government should use social media to increase the publicity of low-carbon consumption so as to promote the gradual transformation of people's consumption pattern to low-carbon mode. Social media should actively publicize the concept of low-carbon consumption, popularize the knowledge of low-carbon consumption, and make the concept of low-carbon consumption deeply popular. Let the public realize that low carbon consumption is a better way of life in today's scarce resources. The public should also carry forward the traditional virtues of thrift in the process of consumption. Choose bicycle or public transport as the main mode of transportation. Turn off lights, recycle materials, use environmental shopping bags and so on. The public should gradually develop a low-carbon consumption pattern in daily life and turn low-carbon consumption behavior into a conscious action.

Essay代写:Flexible management

With the rapid development of market economy, the management mode of library is gradually developing towards marketization and enterprise. In the process of library management, the traditional management concept is more and more unsuitable, which has a great impact on the mobilization of the enthusiasm of librarians. This paper analyzes and discusses the application of flexible management in library management, aiming at improving library management level.

Flexible management is in recent years the rise of a new management model, which fully reflects the people-oriented principle and concept, the original as well as applications of enterprise management, with the continuous development of the concept of flexible management, flexible management concept from the enterprise management also extended to other areas, such as in the field of education to carry out the flexible education, also in the process of library management such as institution to carry out flexible management. In the application process of library modern management concept, human resource is the competitiveness of library. Many libraries attach great importance to human resource management, and innovate the traditional human resource management mode with the goal of inspiring the work enthusiasm of librarians. In the process of library management, flexible management is a new management mode, which can close the relationship between librarians and readers and users, reduce the gap between librarians and users, and thus enable the work of libraries to be carried out smoothly.

Management concept is the key to affect the development level of library. With the continuous innovation of library management system, the disadvantages of traditional management mode become more and more obvious during the development of library. Traditional flexible management mode is a single rigid management mode, which has a very serious impact on the enthusiasm and ability of librarians.

Flexibility and personalization is the main direction of future library development, because the librarians affected by the traditional system, a lot of librarians' service consciousness, lack of modernization in the process of service simply provide users with a simple book service, not an active consciousness, service consciousness, thus lead to the low level of library services.

With the coming of knowledge economy, the library must set up a new service concept, realize the reader-centered service, and satisfy the readers' learning needs and knowledge needs comprehensively. In the process of library development, library all librarians should fully fulfill their responsibilities, simply rely on the system it is difficult to arouse the enthusiasm of librarians, and using the flexible management mode to make libraries become more passionate, but also of men and maximize the potential of the librarians, to provide help for the library development, but also can help librarians to better adapt to the new environment.

Flexible management is a new management concept, which advocates putting people's value first. In this environment, the cultivation of librarians can be realized, so that librarians can have more initiative and discourse power, and gradually reflect their own value in work. Flexible management compared with the traditional rigid management, can lead to better effect, create a more relaxed and harmonious working atmosphere, make librarians keep greater autonomy, in the process of internal competition can exert potential, combined with the library is more and more perfect incentive system, can promote the librarian's service ability.

Compared with the traditional management mode, the flexible management pays more attention to the initiative of the librarians. In the management process, the flexible management puts people first and creates a harmonious environment for the librarians, so as to encourage the improvement of the librarians' self-restraint and creativity. In order to further improve the management concept of library, we should actively strengthen the publicity and promotion of the flexible management concept, so that the library management process can truly realize personalized and flexible development.

In the development of the library, the exertion of the librarian's autonomy is based on the librarian's own free space. In the process of flexible management, more free space should be given to librarians to help them realize their own values, so that librarians can feel that their library is a library with temperature, emotion and humanity. Only by providing relatively free space for librarians, can they not suppress capriciousness. So in the process of library development, library management should try to give more autonomy librarians, librarians in the work can be more feedback and advice, to think seriously about their advice and opinions, and give reply to reasonably, the librarian can feel more care, also can accumulate more sense of achievement.

In the process of library development, the application of flexible management concept should be embodied in the process of practice, especially in the process of library reader service, which is the best way to practice the flexible management concept. The concept of flexible management can help librarians to change the traditional sense of service so as to provide readers and users with more comprehensive services. To strengthen the application of flexible management in library service, we can start from two aspects: first, to strengthen the application of flexible management in library service. Library belongs to public welfare institutions, its work idea is to realize the service to readers and users, thus requirements librarians should have the sense of responsibility, the dedication to work, to be able to keep a good attitude for the user services, patience to answer user questions, lets the user and readers in long-term warm environment, avoid conflict. Second, enhance personalized service. Personalized service is also a development direction of library services in the future. Under the flexible concept, it can guide librarians to form a new service awareness and concept and develop personalized service to users. For example, librarians can provide customized services for users, communicate and exchange with users through Internet technology, realize information feedback, and promote the service level of libraries.

In the process of flexible management, scientific and reasonable system and mechanism are the basis to ensure the smooth development of library management. To strengthen the establishment of flexible management mechanism, we can start from the following aspects. For librarians, fully determined and orderly rules can easily lead to a decline in their work enthusiasm and a tendency of rebellion in the process of work. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the redesign of the library management system, so that the library management system can become more reasonable and flexible. Second, cultivate the librarian's learning awareness. In the process of librarian education, it is necessary to cultivate the awareness of learning, be open to the opinions and Suggestions of others, and strengthen the career of librarian education, so that librarians can truly improve their comprehensive ability. Third, the establishment of flexible management incentive mechanism should be strengthened. In order to promote the establishment of flexible management mechanism in the management process, people should be understood, respected and helped. Especially for the new librarians, it is necessary to strengthen the degree of care to the librarians, to create a harmonious working environment for the librarians, so as to promote the librarians to have a good mood at work.

To sum up, flexible management is a new management mode. In the development process of library, the application of flexible management mode can be actively strengthened, so that the management level of library can be improved. There are still some problems in the application of the current flexible management mode, so we should actively strengthen the transformation of library management concept and realize personalized and flexible service.
