正力松太郎は警視庁時代には労働運動や共産党を弾圧。1923年虎ノ門事件で懲戒免職。直後に読売新聞を買収。巨人軍創立。貴族院議員となり大政翼賛会総務を務め、終戦でＡ級戦犯。ＣＩＡの秘密代理人となり釈放され、国会議員、読売新聞、日本テレビなどを利用して、中曽根元首相とともに米方式の原発導入。1969年没。

Matsutaro Syoriki cracked down on labor movement and the Communist Party while he was working for Metropolitan Police. He was dismissed in disgrace by Toranomon Incident. Just after that he bought up Yomiuri Shinbun and established Giants. He became the member of the House of Peers and served as the manager of Taisei-Yokusankai. He got arrested as a class- A war criminal after the WWII. He became a secret agent of CIA, was liberated on bail. He with the former Prime Minister, Nakasone used the Diet member, Yomiuri Shinbun, NTV, etc in order to introduce the American type reactors. He passed away in 1969.
