福島知事選に向け再始動 小泉・細川連合「安倍潰し」の秘策

脱原発には国民運動しかない／（Ｃ）日刊ゲンダイ
悠々自適の２人が、この暑さの盛りにわざわざメディアの前に姿を現すのだから、それなりの理由があるのだろう。
「脱原発」を主張している小泉・細川の元首相コンビが３１日、そろって太陽光発電システムなど再生可能エネルギーの展示会を視察。原発再稼働に前のめりな安倍政権をあらためて批判した。その様子は、新聞テレビではあまり大々的に報じられなかったが、現場に集まった取材陣は５０人以上。相変わらず注目度は高い。
視察後、政府が川内原発の年内再稼働を目指していることについて記者から問われると、いつもの小泉節が飛び出した。
「これはちょっと感覚がおかしいね。原子力規制委員長が＜審査に合格したけども安全とは申し上げられない＞と言っているでしょう。政府は＜安全だから進めていく＞。矛盾しているじゃない」
「原発に展望はないんだよ。金食い虫なんだから」
「政治は原発を諦めるしかない。いずれそうなる。必ずなる」
そして、脱原発のためには、国民運動で政治を動かすしかないという持論を繰り返した。
■原発ワンイシューで追い込み
政治ジャーナリストの鈴木哲夫氏が言う。
「このタイミングでメディアに登場したのは、小泉さん独特の政局カンでしょう。滋賀県知事選で自民党が負け、安倍政権の支持率が下がり始め、解散・総選挙の話まで出てきた。風向きが変わったのです。多くの国民が安倍政権のやり方に疑問を感じるようになってきた。そんな中で川内原発の再稼働が計画され、下火になっていた脱原発運動に火がつく機運はある。小泉さんは『国民運動』という名の政治運動を仕掛けようとしています。もちろん、大勝負は１０月の福島県知事選挙です」
小泉・細川は、５月の連休明けに「自然エネルギー推進会議」を立ち上げた時から、福島県知事選に照準を定めていたという。
「自民党は、福島県知事選を原発のワンイシュー選挙にされることを恐れています。ただでさえ与党には勝ち目がない選挙なのに、＜原発に是か非かの選挙だ＞とやられて負ければ、“福島ショック”で政権はガタガタになる。川内原発の再稼働だってスンナリとはいかなくなる。逆にいえば、民意で原発を止められるチャンスでもある。小泉氏サイドは口では＜選挙応援はしない＞と言っていますが、水面下では脱原発グループの一本化に向けて、念入りに準備を進めています」（ジャーナリスト・山田厚俊氏）
官邸の独自調査でも、世論が最も敏感に反応する政策は「原発」だったという。小泉・細川にはもっと派手に暴れて欲しいものだ。
