現在、禁煙を2月25日08時に始めて26日23時間26分、吸わなかった本数1,079本（53箱＋19本）、節約できた金額16,185円。引き続きがんばるぞっと。
口寂しさを防ぐガムはまだ手放せない。肩、首筋周辺のコリがなくなったのは意外だが、随分楽になった。またウンチの色が子供の頃のように黄金色になった。
