We can make the velocities of our consciousness and our senses agree .

For example , you can drink a cup of tea fully concentrating on your spirit during the tea ceremony.

Or you can meditate in the silent space.
Or for even more familiar example, when you thread a needle, you can concentrate on your spirit.

Thus, when our consciousness agree with our senses, mental times follow more slowly.

If you are asked to give your full attention to the senses of 〇〇 something, or if you are told to drink a cup of tea with giving full attention to your senses, it would be too difficult to do it.

However,by concentrating our consciousness into our senses through our physical movement and action,our mental times follow more slowly.

Then ten or twenty minutes will be felt as if it is as long as thirty minutes or one hour.

Thus we can regulate the rhythm of our mind and body Which tends to fall into disorder.
