最近のニュースを見ていて、つくづく思うことは、間違うってことは苦労・苦しみなんだなーということです。間違いにも色々ありますが、いずれにしても苦労や苦しみを伴う場合が多いような気がします。ですから、正しいことをするに越したことはないということです。まあ、当たり前のことなのですが。間違って苦労し苦しむのなら、正しいことをして楽である方が断然良い訳です。
しかし、人は間違いたくもないのに間違ってしまうものです。ですから、この世は苦労や苦しみに溢れています。お釈迦さまは、生きることは苦であると言われました。だから仏教は、苦しまないようになるための教えを説いています。八正道という教えがありますが、今まではやけに正しいということを強調しているなーと感じていました。が今回、間違うことは苦労・苦しみだなーと思い至ったことから、その理由がわかったような気がしました。つまり、正しいことは楽だからです。仏教は楽になるための教えですから。まあ、話がそれてしまいましたが。最近、間違ったことをして転落して行く人たちが出てくるニュース番組なんかを見ていると、つくづく間違うことは苦労・苦しみだなーと感じます。正しいことが一番楽なんだなーと強く再認識してしまう今日この頃なのです。私たちは、正しいことをして楽になるため楽にするために、この世に生まれてきています。人生は、そのための練習道場です。間違いを改めるが勝ちなのです。生きとし生けるすべての存在が、ますます正しく行い、ますます楽になれますように！！！
Looking at the latest news, what I think is that making mistakes is pain and struggling. There are various mistakes, but in any case, I feel that there are many cases of hardship and suffering. So, there's nothing better than doing right things. Well, of course. Compared to pain and suffering by mistake, it is definitely better to feel easy with doing right things.
But people don't want to make mistakes, but they make mistakes. So this world is full of hardship and suffering. Buddha was told that it was hard to live. So Buddhism is preaching teachings that will not suffer. In Buddhism, there is a teaching called noble eightfold path, but until now I felt that it was emphasizing that it was right. But this time, I deeply thought it was pain and suffering, so I felt that I understood the reason. In other words, right things are easy. Because Buddhism is teaching to be easy. Well, I got sidetracked. Recently, when I watch a news program that comes out of people who make a mistake and fall, I feel thoroughly that they have a hard time and pain to make a mistake. I'm strongly reaffirming that right things are easiest nowadays. We are born in this world to make it easier to do right things and make it easier. Life is a practice place for that. It’s a best thing to improve your mistakes. May all living beings do more and more right and become more and more comfortable!!!
