Special stations give 15 glasses(spots),
Collective stations give 10 glasses(spots),
Individual stations give 5 glasses(spots)
Repeated communications(connections) are set off, if
they are lead on different ranges or different kinds
of modulation.With station UE9RDA repeated communications
(connections) from different RDA areas are set off.
At work on 160 meters and on VHF glasses(spots) are doubled.

申請条件ですが、QSOだけで申請可能です。ロシアのクルガン州と
言われてもピンと来ませんが、PFXは*9Q,Rが割り当てられています。
南にUN、カザフ共和国と国境を接し、かなりEUに近い位置の州の
ようです。申請から1ヶ月で到着しましたので、ロシア発行の
アワードの中では、かなり早い到着です。申請料は無料ですが、
郵送代として$2程度必要です。
