支援者に感謝のそば打ち 九州北部豪雨

７月の九州北部豪雨の被災をかろうじて免れた福岡県朝倉市の畑でこの秋実ったそばを使い、地元の人たちが支援物資などを届けてくれた人たちを招いてそば打ちを行いました。
九州北部豪雨で大きな被害が出た福岡県朝倉市の松末地域では、休耕田を利用してそばが栽培されていましたが、豪雨の影響で多くの畑に土砂や流木が流れ込むなどの被害を受けました。
１６日は、災害直後から支援物資などを届けてくれた人たちを招き、被害を免れた畑でこの秋、無事に実ったそばを使ったそば打ち体験会が開かれました。
会にはおよそ４０人が参加し、はじめに、松末地域コミュニティ協議会の伊藤睦人会長が「災害直後からさまざまな支援をありがとうございました。皆さんのおかげで希望を持つことができました」とお礼を述べました。
このあと、参加者たちは収穫されたそば粉を使ってそば打ちに挑戦し、地元の人たちから手ほどきをうけるなどして会話も弾ませながら楽しんでいる様子でした。
支援物資を運んだという朝倉市の７０代の女性は「災害直後だけでなくこうやって交流を続けて長く支援を続けていくことが大切だと思いました」と話していました。
また、被災者の５６歳の男性は、「復旧復興はまだまだですが、こうやって一緒に楽しい場を持てたのがよかったです」と話していました
