捜索を受けているのは大手ゼネコン「鹿島建設」の東京・港区の本社です。
関係者によりますと「鹿島建設」など大手ゼネコン４社の幹部らは、ＪＲ東海などが発注したリニア中央新幹線の建設工事で受注を希望する工事などについて事前に協議し、公正な競争を妨げる不正な受注調整をした独占禁止法違反の疑いがあるということです。
ＪＲ東海によりますと、リニア中央新幹線は総工費およそ９兆円の巨大プロジェクトで、これまでに品川駅や名古屋駅の新設工事や南アルプスのトンネル工事など２２件が発注されましたが、７割近くにあたる１５件を「鹿島建設」「清水建設」、「大林組」「大成建設」の４社の共同企業体が３、４件ずつほぼ均等に受注しているということです。
リニア関連の建設工事のうち名古屋市内の非常口の新設工事の入札をめぐっては、受注した「大林組」がＪＲ東海側から工事費などに関する情報を事前に聞き出しほかの企業に受注を見送るよう不正に働きかけていた疑いがあるとして、東京地検特捜部が今月８日、偽計業務妨害の疑いで「大林組」の本社などを捜索し捜査を進めていました。
特捜部はすでに４社の幹部らから任意で事情を聴くなどしていて、巨大プロジェクトの入札の詳しい経緯について実態解明を進めるものと見られます。
