【6.16-17東京ビッグサイト「住宅ビジネスフェア」に出展】

住宅メディアReplan誌は、今週6月16-17日の両日、東京ビッグサイトで開催の
「住宅ビジネスフェア」に出展致します。

「え?Replanって地域限定の雑誌メディアでしょ?」
という当然の疑問を持たれると思います。
地域住宅雑誌&WEBメディアとしてこれまで活動を続けてきましたが、
ことしから来年にかけて事業活動の発展を見据えて
全国の住宅関係のみなさんに広く活動を広報するのが狙いです。
まずは活動を知っていただき、事業の拡大を図っていこうという作戦。
はじめて試みるのでどんな反応があるのかないのか、
手探りというのが偽らざるところですが、
弊社スタッフ3名が参加して幅広く情報交換させていただきます。

Replanは北海度発祥の住宅雑誌として高断熱高気密の住宅革新の
大きな流れを体現し、その渦の中から住まい手の立場に立って
よりわかりやすく「伝わりやすい」住宅取材を続けてきました。
より高性能でいい家を、という切実な願いが発行継続の骨格テーマ。
住宅性能の革新が同時に住宅のデザインをも進化させてきた。
そのリアルな家づくりの変化をユーザーに伝えるために
住宅生産の革新と足並みをそろえその広報活動を果たしてきました。
北海道が生み出してきた「高断熱外皮」とか「無落雪屋根」などの
あらたな住宅常識が、徐々に本州以南地域にも広がりを見せ始めて
日本全体の住宅革新も大いに進んできていると思います。
そういう意味では全国一体の「ボーダーレス化」が顕著になってきた。
温暖地域の住宅革新が今後どのように進んでいくのか、
わたしどものようなスタンスのメディアとしても非常に興味深い。
多くの地域から住宅建築にかかわる作り手のみなさんが参集される場で
忌憚なくお互いに情報を交換させていただきたいのです。
北海道は全国有数の「地域工務店」活躍地域とも言われます。
地域工務店がユーザーと直接向き合って全国一の受注レベルを実現させてきた。
家づくりという領域で強い地域製造業基盤を創造してきたのです。
高断熱高気密が必需とされたことで全国ハウスメーカーにはない現場技術力が
大いに磨かれた。と同時に、そういった技術力をユーザーに伝えるために
地域のメディアも地道に広報活動に取り組んできました。
よい住宅を適正なコストと、よきデザイン力で作り出す地域パワー。
それをユーザーに共有化するにはメディア情報活動も絶対に不可欠だと思います。

ぜひフェアの会場で多くの作り手のみなさんと
よき住宅の広報活動全般についてフランクに意見交換したいと思います。
