In this paper, extraction of 16 samples of commercial bank's financial data, calculate the profitability, liquidity, security, market capacity and the ability to grow these five aspects related indicators, statistical analysis of the factor analysis of financial indicators. Firstly, the main influencing factors of commercial Banks' competitiveness, namely public factors, are found out through principal component analysis. The extracted public factors are defined by component matrix analysis. Finally, the comprehensive score was calculated and ranked according to the obtained factor score.

In selecting analysis indicators we can find that factors affecting the competitiveness of commercial Banks, more difficult to find the main contradiction, makes it hard for enterprise managers in making decisions with accurate basis, therefore we need to find out the main factors influencing the competitiveness of commercial Banks, on the basis of this puts forward corresponding proposals to commercial Banks. Through principal component analysis (pca), we can find out the common factors influencing the competitiveness of commercial Banks, these few public factor is in the original index on the basis of comprehensive, not only retain the original information, and more targeted, has more advantages than the original financial indicators. Some small and medium-sized commercial Banks have developed rapidly through the improvement of management innovation and security.

Through the above analysis we can see that 16 samples of the competitiveness of commercial Banks comprehensive score there is a certain gap, but the main impact or growth ability, thus it can be seen in the development process of commercial Banks pay special attention to improve the ability of future development.
