天使の梯子が虹になる（反薄明光線の虹）

天使の梯子が虹になりました。

令和５年８月８日午後４時半、千葉県市川市北部曽谷貝塚の「東の方向」で発生したところを撮影しました。

太陽を背にした方向に虹ができるので、太陽を背にした方向に「天使の梯子」が発生し、降雨帯と交差すれば「天使の梯子」の「虹」が発生することはあり得るとは思いますが、若干奇妙な現象であるとは言えます。

「彩雲の飛行機雲」（ﾆｯｺｰﾙｸﾗﾌﾞﾒﾝﾊﾞｰｽﾞﾌｫﾄ・ﾌﾞﾛｸﾞexciteで公開）を撮影したときほどの驚きはありませんが、このような現象が起こることは知りませんでした。

今回は「風景」なのでこちらに投稿します。

なお、wikiによれば、

「太陽側では光芒は広がりながら伸びるが、観測者の真上の空を境に、対日点側では光芒が収束しながら伸びる。この収束する光芒が反薄明光線である。」

と説明されています。

確かにこの「天使の柱」は光芒が収束しているようにみえるので「反薄明光線」であり、「反薄明光線」が「虹」になったと言えます。

Rainbow with Anticrepuscular Rays

The anti-crepuscular rays became a rainbow. 

Due to my lack of understanding, I thought that "Angel's Ladder" had turned into a rainbow at the time of the shooting, so I posted the following sentence. 

The angel's ladder has become a rainbow. This photo was taken at 4:30 pm on August 8, 2020, when the incident occurred in the "east direction" of Soya Shell Midden in the northern part of Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture. 

Since rainbows form in the direction with your back to the sun, it is possible that an ``Angel's Ladder'' will occur in a direction with your back to the sun, and if it intersects with a rain belt, a ``Rainbow'' of ``Angel's Ladder'' will occur. 

However, I can say that it is a somewhat strange phenomenon. I wasn't as surprised as I was when I photographed "Saiun Contrail(Rainbow contrail)" (published on the Nikkor Club Member Photo Blog Excite), but I had no idea that such a phenomenon would occur. 

This time's work is a "landscape", so I will post it here. 

According to wiki, ``On the sun's side, the beam of light spreads as it grows, but on the side of the sun, with the sky directly above the observer as its boundary, the beam of light converges as it grows.

This converging beam is the anti-crepuscular ray.'' It is explained. It is true that this ``Angel Pillar'' appears to have converging beams of light, so it can be said that it is an ``anti-crepuscular ray,'' and that the ``anti-crepuscular ray'' has become a ``rainbow.'' (Corrected on August 9th.)
