囲碁界は３月に入ってから囲碁の国際戦、イベントを始め棋士が指導する会社の囲碁部、囲碁教室などは、殆ど休止状態です。
プロ同士の対局は昨日まで打たれていました。
現在のプロ棋士は１１才ー９２才の男女が同等に戦っている世界です。
今晩の安倍首相に緊急事態宣言を受け、一日も早い新型コロナウイルス感染終息を願った対応です。
こんな時は、ネット対局が出来るのですが、数年前の人工知能の急速進歩で事実上、難しいものとなりました。
(今や、簡単にプロ棋士以上のアプリが手に入ります)
この際、囲碁の人工知能を開発した有能なプログラマー、会社は、人工知能を使用しながらの対局を見つける機能も開発して頂きたいです。
In the Go world, since March, most of events and classes as well as international tournaments by professional Go players have been halted.
The professional matches were played until yesterday.
Right now, there are male and female professionals, from age 11 to 92, all fighting together in the Japanese professional Go world.
Tonight, following Prime Minister Abe’s declaration of state of emergency over coronavirus pandemic, Nihonkiin has announced its emergency measures in the hope of ending the spread of the virus as soon as possible.
Playing the matches online would have been ideal in these times, but with the rapid development of AI method, it has become difficult to play online in a fair way.
(These days, it only takes a phone app to be stronger than professionals)
In these circumstances, it will be incredibly helpful if the skilled and able programmers and companies that developed the Go AI methods, can find a way to identify games that used AI tools whilst playing.
