7都市府県に緊急事態宣言が発令されました。 State of emergency declared for 7 prefectures

　遂にと言うか、やっとと言うか『緊急事態宣言』が発令されました。
欧米諸国では既に厳しい規則の元に発令されてますが、日本国憲法では、罰則などは作れないと、最近やっと理解しました。
人々の接触が少なければ少ないほど、感染率は減るはずです。
最小限の行動を、これから数週間、日本国民が心掛ければ、経済的ダメージも早く止められるはずです。

Finally, "state of emergency" has been declared.
In many countries, the rules that come with this kind of national statement are much stricter, but with Japanese law, I got to know recently that it is not possible to enforce fines.
The less the people meet, the lower the infection rate should be.
If the Japanese citizens make sure to move around as little as possible for the next weeks, we must be able to stop the economic damage earlier.
