最近よく言われていることだし、みなさんももうご存知のこととは思うが、日本の企業の半分以上は「ブラック企業」と呼ばれている。
この名称がつけられた理由は、その会社で働く人々の利益や権利が彼らの強欲な上司によって否定されているからだ！
このさい利益は置いておくにしても、私が権利と言うのは日本の労働法や憲法で保障されているばかりか、我々の自然権であるとされているものだ！
歴史の中で、過去何百万人もの人々は闘い、その多くは死んでいった。
自分たちの子孫が奴隷として扱われなくなるために！
上司が権利を与えるかどうか決めるのではない。
権利は君の、我々のものなのだ！それなのに強欲な上司たちが権利を人質に取ってしまった！
上司たちは我々が失業するのではないかと怖がらせ、不安定になると脅し続けてくる。
彼らは、彼らだけが我々に安定した生活を保障できると信じさせようとしてくる。
しかしそんなのはでたらめだ！
我々労働者は、他でもない自分たち自身に対して、安定した生活やきちんとした生活、恐怖のない生活をお互いに保障し
ているのだ！
私自身 ICC というブラック語学学校で働いている。
私の上司は２０年間も私を搾取し、嘘をつき、だまし続けて来た！
有給休暇も社会保障もボーナスも何ももらえなかった！
私が失業の恐怖から頭をたれている間に、この上司は元からあった町田校と八王子校に加え、銀座、新宿、渋谷、横浜に新たに四校を開いた。
私には昇給すらなかった。
だが、そんなのはもう終わりだ！
労働組合東ゼンの力を借りて、ついに私は立ちあがった！
もうたくさんだ！
今すぐ権利をよこせ！
私の上司もFACEBOOKで私の投稿を見ているのでこのメッセージを読んでいることだろう。
だが知ったことではない、正義は私にある！
世界中の人々、兄弟姉妹（そしていとこ）諸君、偉大なボブ・マーリーが歌ったように「自分の権利のために立ちあがれ」！
東ゼンである必要はない。
労働組合に入ろ
う。
自分で作ってもいい。
同僚と集まって話をしよう。
今私はまさに職場のブラック企業で同僚たちに我々の権利について話している！
話し合おう。
今、君は独りで孤立していると考えているかもしれないが、それは違う！
人生に一度くらいは君自身の力を感じてみたくはないのか？
我々がいなければ上司なんて穴のあいた風船だ！
忘れてはいけない、
彼らこそ我々を恐れているのだ！
少なくとも自分の子供たちのために、自分の愛する人の子供たちのために行動を起こそう！
もし君が何もしなければ、我々の子供たちは我々の恐怖を継承し、より重い奴隷の鎖につながれるだろう！
私に関して言えば、東ゼンの助けもあって私は自分の上司に対して苛烈極まる闘いをしかけるつもりだ。
何が起きようとも我々は勝利する。
なぜなら我々こそ正しいからだ！
BLACK COMPANIES in Japan
according to various sources, and many of you know this, more than 50%
of japanese companies are called BLACK COMPANIES, they are called so
because workers at those companies are denied any benefits or rights by
their greedy bosses! put aside benefits, what i call rights is what is
guaranteed under not only japanese labor law and the japanese
constituiton, but above all, they are OUR NATURAL RIGHTS, throughout
History millions of people before us fought and many died so that future
generations wouldn't be treated as slaves! it is not up to the boss to
grant them, those rights are yours, ours! but they have been taken
hostage by our greedy bosses!
our bosses play on our fear of losing our jobs, on a constant threat of
insecurity, our bosses want us to believe that only they can guarantee
us security and livelihood but that is not true! we, the workers, are
each other's together best guarantors of a good life, a decent life, a
life without fear! i myself work for such a BLACK COMPANY, a language
school called ICC, i have been exploited, lied to, cheated by my boss
for over 20 years! no paid holidays, no social security, no bonuses,
nothing! while i kept my head down and in fear of losing my job, my boss
opened 4 new schools in ginza, shinjuku, shibuya and yokohama on top of
the 2 he has in machida and hachioji, i never got a raise, but it's GAME
OVER mr. boss!!
with the help of my labor union TOZEN i have finally stood up to him! NO
MORE! I WANT MY RIGHTS NOW! my boss will be reading this message because
he is following me on facebook but i do not care because I AM RIGHT!
people out there, brothers and sisters (and cousins), as the great Bob
Marley said once STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS! join a labor union, it
doesn't have to be TOZEN, form a labor union, get together, talk with
your co-workers, that's what i am doing right now at the BLACK COMPANY
where i work! i am telling my co-workers about their rights! talk to
each other, right now you may feel alone and isolated but you are not!
don't you want at least once in your life to feel your own power? the
boss is nothing without us! remember, he/she is the one who is afraid of
us! do it at least for your children or the children of your loved ones
because if you don't do anything our children will inherit our fear and
even heavier chains of slavery!
as for me, with the help of TOZEN, i am going to put up one hell of a
fierce fight against my boss and no matter what happens, we will win
because WE ARE RIGHT!
