『古事記』景行天皇 3
故、到于熊曾建之家、見者、於其家邊軍圍三重、作室以居。於是、言動爲御室樂、設備食物。故遊行其傍、待其樂日。
爾臨其樂日、如童女之髮、梳垂其結御髮、服其姨之御衣御裳、既成童女之姿、交立女人之中、入坐其室內。爾熊曾建兄弟二人、見感其孃子、坐於己中而盛樂。故臨其酣時、自懷出劒、取熊曾之衣衿、以劒自其胸刺通之時、其弟建、見畏逃出。乃追、至其室之椅本、取其背皮、劒自尻刺通。
爾其熊曾建白言「莫動其刀、僕有白言。」爾暫許、押伏。

Upon arriving at Kumaso Takeru’s house, the surroundings were guarded by three layers of soldiers, and a room was built for him to stay. Ousu no Mikoto prepared a celebration and food, waiting their time in the vicinity. On the day of the festivities, Mikoto adorned himself like a young girl, with his hair arranged in a girl’s style and dressed in his aunt’s clothing, mingling among the women and entering the room. Two brother Takeru were impressed by his appearance and were happily playing with him. During the height of the revelry, Mikoto drew a sword from his bosom and stabbed it through Takeru’s chest, then pursued his brother who fled and stabbed him from behind with the sword, grasping his back skin. Takeru said, “Do not move your sword; I have something to say.” Mikoto detained him for a while.

クマソタケルの家に到着すると、周囲は三重に囲まれた軍隊によって守られ、彼のために部屋が作られていました。ヲウスの命(みこと)は新築の祝いをしようと、食べ物も用意し、その辺りで楽しい時間を過ごしながら待ちました。宴の日が訪れると、タケルは少女のような姿に整え、髪を嬢子のように梳(す)いて叔母の衣装を身に着け、女性たちの中に混じって部屋に入りました。クマソタケルの兄弟二人は、彼の姿に感動し、喜んで遊んでいました。宴が盛り上がった時、命(みこと)は懐から剣を取り出し、夕ケルの胸を刺し通し、その後逃げ出した弟を追い、背中の皮をつかんで剣で刺しました。ここでクマソタケルは「刀を動かさないでください。話があります」と言いました。命(みこと)はタケルをしばらく押さえ込みました。
