Today, October 2nd is "Tofu day."
豆腐は中国から日本に伝わったと言われます。作り方は大豆を水に浸してすりつぶしてからにがりを加え固めます。豆乳はそのときにできます。
It is said that Tofu was introduced from china to Japan. To make it, soak the soy beans in water, graind them and then add bitterm to harden them. Soy milk can be made at that time.
今日は､豆腐を使った「麻婆豆腐」です。
Today is "Mabo Tofu".
