Today I went to a clinic near our house. The sensei in charge is a specialist in massage for helping blood circulation in his patient's legs.
I endured the most painful one hour I think I have ever experienced!!
During the treatment I was imagining if I had been captured by Al Qaida and they were torturing me.
I did my best not to give up any secrets. But it was seriously tough. ![](https://blogimg.goo.ne.jp/img_emoji/hiyoko_thunder.gif)
However, after finishing the treatment, my legs felt light and very comfortable.
I guess it was worth the "torture." ![](https://blogimg.goo.ne.jp/img_emoji/face_en.gif)
