The Ministry of Environment has announced guidelines for the rescue work of affected pets by private groups in the vigilance area.
Applications are accepted by 20 December, allowed period for activity is up to 27 December.
First, application must be submitted to the Department of Food & Hygiene at Fukushima Prefecture, then have to obtain permissions to enter the cities, towns and villages. After that we still need to obtain authorisations from the pet owners.

As we have now obtained a shelter, we will begin the process of obtaining legal status.
