ジェネシス'77のスイス、チューリッヒでのマトリクス音源。
下のコメントを見ると、「Digital Brothers」のマトリクスとは違うアイテムだと書いてある。

音は厚み、臨場感共に秀逸。これまで聴いたジェネシスのSBD含むブート中ではベストかも知れない。
特にガブリエル在籍時代の名曲「サパーズ・レディ」のエンディング部分の拡がりと盛り上がりは鳥肌物。

紅一点、ギターのアマンダ・リーマン。08,12は彼女のリード・ヴォーカル
によるもの。

小さい会場なのか音もそれらしく「近い」感じあって、音質も中々Good!

ジェネシスのツアーメンバー、ダリル・スチューマーの昨夜のソロ・コンサートの音源。
セット見ると大半がジェネシスやフィル・コリンズのレパートリーかな。
「Firth of Fifth/Squonk」辺りも演ってくれているのは嬉しい。又、それらの曲に変な
アレンジをしていなくて（ギターソロ部分はやや長めだが）オリジナルに対して忠実なのは
より嬉しい。

ジェネシスの楽曲に対する敬意と愛情も感じられた。
演奏内容、テープのクオリティにも満足。

ジェネシスの'86の「インビジブル・タッチ」リリースに伴うＵＳツアーの
ロサンゼルスでの音源。サウンドボードによる極めて上質なもの。

これもアップロード直後に何故か削除された。ダウンロード中も赤字で
エラー警告が出ていたが、無視して（笑）最後までダウンロードした。

サウンドボードながらブート音源でもなさそう。個人レベルで流出したもの
かな？

これより約半年後に２度目の日本公演があったんだけど、自分も武道館で一度
だけ観た。当日券だったのでステージ真後ろの１階北スタンド。コリンズの
ドラムスとは至近距離で、バンクスのキーボード捌きも近くに見れて何か得した
気分だったよ。

ピーター・ガブリエルの一昨日の夜、ロサンゼルスで行われたオーケストラ帯同
ツアーの音源をDL。

これは昨年リリースされた自身初のカバー・アルバム「スクラッチ・マイ・バック」
のリリースに伴うツアーだと思うのだが、その割には何やら時間が掛かったね。
アルバムのリリースは昨年の2月だったから。（昨年も今時期に北米を廻っていた様な
記憶があるのだが）

今回のツアーは自身のバンドを従えたものではなく、オーケストラがバックを務める。

曲の途中、数ヶ所で客が盛り上がるんだけど、映像が無いから何故だか分からん。彼のライヴの
醍醐味は視覚的要素も多分にあるから次回は映像が欲しいね（贅沢？）

それと、彼の繊細なパフォーマンスは自身のバンド編成よりも、オーケストラの方がより表現力
豊に再現されるかな？とは思うんだけれど・・・もし日本で演る時は聴き慣れたバンド編成で来て
欲しい（笑）コレ個人的な希望。

ピーター・ガブリエル脱退後、初めてリリースしたアルバム「トリック・オブ・ザ・テイル」
これはそれのアウトテイク集。
この後、5年間位のバンドの音楽性を象徴する様な佳曲が続く同アルバムだが、アウトテイク集
も中々に楽しめた。
ガブリエル在席時の様な「暗さ」「深さ」とは違ったアプローチのプログレッシブ・ロックが
ここでは展開されている。

続いて今日は'81の「アバカブ」ツアーのジェネシスの音源が上がって
いたのでそれをＤＬ。これもサウンドボード音源。オフィシャル盤「スリー・サイド・ライブ」
と同時期のツアーのものだね。

セットリストを見ても分るが＜'70年代の面影＞が段々薄れつつある頃の音源。
これ以降のジェネシスはご存知の通り、フィル・コリンズ色が濃くなっていく。
「フィルのソロアルバムもジェネシスも大して音は変わらなくなった」と言われてしまうぐらいに・・・

今日はジェネシスの'76の音源をDL。

この音源の特筆すべきはドラムスに元イエスのビル・ブラッフォードが在籍している
時期のライブ音源だという事だね。（ブラッフォードは正式メンバーではなくゲスト扱い
だったみたいだが）勿論、ギターのスティーブ・ハケットもまだ居る。

このメンツ（下記メモ参照）で残したアルバムは'76の「A Trick Of The Tail 」
と「Wind & Wuthering 」の２枚だけど、「Wind & Wuthering 」の曲がセット
リストに無いことから「A Trick Of The Tail 」発表後のツアーのものかも知れない。

音質はこの年代のアイテムであることを考えれば、非常に満足できる。
然し、それよりもガブリエル脱退後のこのメンツのジェネシスのライブ音源自体が私に
とっては貴重なので、このセットリスト見ただけで興奮してしまったよ（笑）

曲調（アレンジ）もコリンズ黄金期の８０年代以降のものとはかなり異なるので、その辺りも
ファンにとっては楽しめる。

Genesis～When in Rome

昨年のジェネシスのリユニオン・ツアーはヨーロッパと
北米で結局は終了。今回も日本含むアジアは飛ばされて
しまった。それならば西海岸あたりに観に行けばよかった
と思ったりもするが、それは後の祭り。

今回、そのヨーロッパツアーの中のローマでの公演の模様が
ＤＶＤ３枚組でリリースされたので早速購入。
只今夏休み中なので酒でも呑みながらゆっくり鑑賞したい。
