漆のお椀【＠七厘】

いきつけの奥沢七厘は器にこだわっている。。
汁ものなどを発注するとこのお椀の登場なのですが、このフォルムが美しいでしょ。大将が贔にしている骨董屋でセットで見つけてきたらしい。江戸後期から明治にかけてのものなのかな。手作りなので比べてみるとひとつひとつ形が違ってたりする訳ですが、いやはや慧眼ですなぁ。器を愛でながら美味しい料理をいただくというのはホント至福ですねぇ。。古伊万里なんぞもありますので、また紹介させていただきます。。

It is surmised that it lasts to Meiji from the second half of Edo.
The each form is different if it compares, since it is handmade.
It is keen insight to find this.
Time to eat a delicious dish is extreme happiness, loving a vessel.
