Dream in Space

(english follows japanese)

急に旅に出ることになった。

今まで行ったどんな場所よりも、一番遠いところへ・・・。

不思議とわくわくした感じもなく、家族で淡々と荷造りをする。

衣類を一通り詰め終わった後、現金の入った封筒を

バッグに入れかけて手が止まる。

お金は・・・要るのだろうか？

 

従来の旅行ならば、現地での食事、観光、お土産などなど、

あっというまに大金が飛んでいくのだろうが、

今回は・・・そもそも使う場所なんてあるのか？

 

結局現金は持たずして、

私達の乗ったロケットは発射した。

 

特に家族同士の会話もなければ、他の乗員の気配もない。

大気圏を出ると、なんだか空気が薄くなり

呼吸が苦しくなったが、すぐに慣れた。

息子が少しずつ宙に浮き始めた。

夫と私はまだ。

どういうことだ？

体重の違いか・・・。

 

一向に浮く気配すら感じない私の横で

旦那が浮き始めた。

・・・・・・・どういうことだ！！？

 

また呼吸が苦しくなり目が覚めた。

夢だ・・・。

 

布団から起き上がり、鼻をかむ。

昨日から引いていた鼻かぜのせいで、

鼻がつまり、呼吸がしづらかった。

そのせいだ。

 

それと・・・

数日前の日記「Beyond the Sky」

きっとあれだな。

 

Suddenly we decided to go for a trip.

To the furtherest place than wherever I had visited before.

But strangely witout any exciting feelings

I was packing my stuff with my family.

After I finished packing my clothes

I almost put  in my bag the envelope which had some cash 

but I stopped my hand soon.

"Do I need money?"

 

Maybe in usualy trips you would spend so much money

 for meals, sightseeing, gifts and so on.

But this time...

Is there any place to use it?

 

After all I decided not to bring it

And our rocket fired off.

 

I didn't have any fun conversation with my family in there.

The more weird thing is that I didn't see

any other crews at all.

When we got outer space I felt a little hard to breathe

But got used to it soon.

My son started to float in air but my husband and I didn't.

Why is that?

Maybe it's becauce of the difference of weight.

 

I  even didn't have any feeling that I was gonna float

but my husband was starting to.

Why the hell is that !!?

 

I felt hard to breathe again

and woke up from my dream...

 

Get up from my futon and blow my nose.

I had cold and my nose was stuffed.

So it was kind of hard to breathe.

I guess that is the reason wny I had a dream like this.

 

But another reason is...

my recent diary "Beyond the Sky"

I guess that is it.
