Today, I went to see the river bed of the Yamato River which flows through my same town.This river had closed to flood by heavy rain caused by typhoon No.22.
At that time, evacuation instructions were issued in the midnight, and many people were likely to evacuate to a nearby public hall.
The river bed was still scattered with grass and mud in a state of roughness. The Yamato River is managed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and it seems that it will be restored by the national budget.
