My friend speaks English conversation fluently. When asking for his secret measures, he replied that he is writing an English diary. Especially, everyday newsletter English can be learned naturally because the same words and expressions are repeated every day.

I cycled around Nishinoko lake. It tooks about 3 hours per lap, so I dropped back on the way but I ran the bicycle along the lake shore while watching the country scenery. All cycling road was kept for the cyclist.
We felt that Omihachiman City is a nice place of great humanity.
