It's pity you have lost almost half day you could enjoy in Shanghai because of your flight delay. It's relatively a big proportion in consideration of very short duration of your trip with 2 night/3 days. Did the airline offer you any compensation of your time loss.

The inflight meal of the photo looks the least appetite and meal waste rate from Japanese passengers could be almost 100 per cent.

I'm afraid the inflight meal on the service from Nagoya to Shanghai could destroy the very sound appetite of you, hardcore foodie, who are just flying to appreciate gastronomy of the Chinese.

The more time I see the photo of the inflight meal of this page, the more it looks like just a junk food. All are contained as minimum requirement for it, but they all fit typical junk food pattern of including butter roll that long time had already passed after its good time to eat and crushed, sausages that had got cold after a long time passed, vegetable salad that looks so roughly cut off to throw them away in order to keep other parts, fruits without any good sanitation feature

Departure of the flight delayed from 9:30 am to 4 pm with unknown reason and consequently inflight meals to be served on the flight had to be changed from lunch to dinner (according to flying time frame). Despite of this change, it's surprising to see lunch were served. We should boycott such nonsense and irresponsible airline. We, passengers, can make airline service better or worse. We should make a protest to the travel agent also using such a thoughtless airline.
