温泉紀行 その１♪ -石川・加賀-

ひさーしぶりに休みをとって温泉に行ってきました♪
行き先は、石川県加賀市。山代温泉です。
天気予報はその日の夜から雪になるとのこと。
寒そう　しっかり防寒で出かけました。

道中はそれほど雪もなく、順調に石川県入り

まずはふらりと近くの山中温泉へ。
素敵カフェ「東山ボヌール」さんがお目当てです。
雰囲気のいい渓谷近くにありました。


ほそーい脇道に入ったとこに、古いお屋敷を改装したカフェが。
すぐ前にもいい感じの建物。


入口からしてテンション上がる佇まいです。


店内は静かでナチュラルレトロな落ち着いた雰囲気。センスが(≧∇≦)b


ラムレーズン入りのチーズケーキと、木の実とドライフルーツいっぱいの森のケーキ。
おいしいコーヒーと共にいただきました。

濃厚で風味のよいチーズケーキ　器も個性的でオシャレ

グラスやお砂糖入れまで。全てがツボ、な感じです。


可愛らしくて個性的な雑貨も販売してました。
温泉地にこんなイイカフェがあるなんて。。。

店名の「ボヌール」とは「幸福，幸せ」のこと。
まさしく幸福感で満たされるカフェ♪
しばし日常から離れ、ゆっくりとした時間を過ごしました。

The other day, I took a holiday and went to the hot　springs for the first time in a long time.
Before the hot　springs, I went to a cafe which I was looking for.
It's called Higashiyama-Bonheur.
The cafe was on the narrow byway near the scenic valley.
Passed through the lovely doorway, the inside was also nicely decorated.
It was cosy atmosphere with natural and retro chic interior.
We ordered 2 cups of coffee and two pieces of cakes.
Both cheese cake and fruits & nuts cake were fabulous!
And all the dishes were so cute.

I was really impressed by the cafe.
"Bonheur" means "Happy" in French.
It was truly "HAPPY" for me and surpassed my expectations.
We spent a lovely time that's divorced from the everyday.

チェコのVintage ガラスボタン♪

チェコスロバキアからの商品紹介♪

チェコガラスで作られた、ヴィンテージボタンたちです。

こちらは小さな黒ボタンに、4枚のトランプカード柄がCute♪　


もうひとつはウランガラスでできた珍しいボタン。

柄も個性的です。

このように、ブラックライトの下で蛍光緑色に光ります。

どちらもチェコ・スロバキア時代の北ボヘミア地方からやってきたガラスで
年代は、およそ1900s-1940s頃のものです。

ソーイングにはもちろん、アクセサリー等にアクセントとして使えそうですね

I would like to introduce two kinds of vintage glass buttons from Czech.
One is small black button which is molded with playing cards.
The other is white glass button.
It is made of uranium glass, so
it shines under UV lamp with bright green color! How unique!
These buttons came from Northern Bohemia, around 1900s-1940s.
Cute vintage buttons are good for sewing of course and also can be used as a decorative accent.

モーニング のち フラワーアレンジメント♪

昨日の続きです

「ポレポレ」さんで、まったりモーニング。
その後そろそろフラワーアレンジメントを始めるということで、
少し見学してから帰ろうと思っていると。。。

この日のアレンジは生花をつかったもの。
で、お花が少し余分にあるということで、急遽レッスンに参加。
予定の「デコレーションケーキ風アレンジ」を母が。
そのミニサイズを私、チャレンジ♪

先生（ママさん）は優しいし、ガチガチの型にはめられたスタイルではないので
リラックスして楽しめました。

先生の見本に割と忠実に作ってました。ちゃんと生徒らしく

私の作品♪

基本はちゃんと教えていだだいた上で、
そこからプラスα加えて、結構自由に作っちゃいました。

二つとも、それぞれLovelyな感じに出来ました

オレンジピール入りのシフォンケーキ、珍しいし美味しかったぁ(ノ∀`)

帰り際、好みのテイストのアレンジメントを発見したので購入


思いがけない文化活動で、充実の休日となりました

The continuation of yesterday.
After having relaxed morning, flower lesson started.
I intended to go home after took a look at the lesson,
suddenly, I took part in it because there were some extra flowers.
In addition to the scheduled arrangement, I made its mini sized arrangement.
I could enjoy the lesson because the teacher was kind and unconventional.
Both of our works were lovely achievement.

After the lesson, we had a free coffee and a slice of chiffon cake.
The cake was flavored with orange peel and so tasty.
Thanks to the unexpected cultural activity, I spent a quality time.

週末モーニング♪ -ポレポレ-

週末モーニング♪

瑞穂市の「ポレポレ」さんは、うちの母がいつも行く喫茶店。
フラワーアレンジメントの教室をそちらのママさんが開催してて、
その生徒なんです。

今回、そのレッスン前にモーニングしようということになり、車二台で向かいました。
私はレッスンが始まったら一人で帰ろうと。

ふくろう好きなんでしょうか？店内にはこんな飾りが。

奥には教室で作る見本のフラワーアレンジメント。

選べるモーニング。私は小倉トーストを。

ポテトサラダ・茶碗蒸し・ゼリー・バナナ、とたっぷりの内容♪

母はホットドックをセレクトです。


バナナは苦手なんで、母にゼリーと交換してもらっちゃいました。
いつもは結構混み合ってるみたいですが、なぜかこの日は空いてて。。。

こんな感じに仕切りもちょっぴりあって、
割合のんびりできました。

懐かし系の、喫茶店ですね～♪

この話には続きがあるのですが、また明日にでも

Weekend Cafe!
I went to a cafe called ポレポレ with my mother.
It is the cafe where my mother take flower arrangement lesson at.
I chose a morning set with OGURA toast.
It came with potato salad, chawan-mushi, jelly, and half cut banana.
Quite satisfying set except for the banana.
I do not really like it, so I had had my mother change it for jelly.
Thanks!
Normally, the cafe is crowded, but it was not so crowded then.
So we enjoyed holiday morning there.
There is more to it...

Break time Sweets♪ -TOURTIE`RE-

今週、お仕事中にいただいたスイーツたち♪
仕事場近くの「TOURTIE`RE」（トゥルティエール ）さんのケーキ＆焼き菓子です。

まずはわたくしがEat！　フランボワーズとチョコレートのお菓子

ムースの柔らか食感に感激
甘さの中に、ほんのりフランボワーズの酸味が優しい。
底の生地の細かいサクサク食感がアクセントですね♪

こちらはキャラメル風味のバターケーキ

ひとくちだけ味見
バタークリームなのに口どけなめらか。
なつかしい味のケーキです。
見た目もヨーロッパのおうちの屋根みたいでかわいい

翌日いただきました♪　オペラ

珈琲のビター感が際立つ、完成されたお味です。
これ、かなり好きだなー

焼き菓子たち

どれも大変美味しかったです。
とりわけ★ガレット・ブルトンヌ（中央）には感動。
こちらのガレットは始めて頂きましたが、ちょっと他とは違う。
ザクホロ食感なのに、すぐに口の中でとろけるような感じ。
バターの風味たっぷりで、それでいて、洋酒系の香りでしょうか？
単なる焼き菓子とは思えない奥行きのある味わいでした。

しばらくぶりに頂きましたが、こちらの美味しさを改めて再確認です

These are the sweets which I had during work this week!
TOURTIE`RE is a patisserie near my workplace.
At first, I ate a framboise & chocolate cake.
I was impressed by the soft texture of the mousse.
Then I tasted a little bit of a caramel butter cream cake.
The cream was smooth and kind of nostalgic taste.
The appearance is like the roof of the European house.
So pretty!

The next day, I ate a opera cake and some baked confectioneries.
I liked the taste of coffee of the cake.
And I was also impressed by the Galletes Bretonnes.
It was not just a rich butter taste.
There was something significant in it. ( liqueur or something else ?? )

These sweets re-realized me of the quality of the shop.
