オムライスを求めて♪ -Oeuf Oeuf-

最近なぜか、テレビでオムライスの画を見かけることが多く、
美味しいオムライスが食べたくなりました。

大垣にある卵にこだわったレストラン、「Oeuf Oeuf」（うふうふ）さん。
こちらのオムライスが美味しい、と聞いてたので行ってみました♪

セレクトショップと同じ建物で、わりとコンパクトな作りです。
ガラス窓が多くて狭さは感じません。


サラダや一品もの、メインをいただいて。。。
最後に念願のオムライスを。

手前がふつうのオムライス、奥がカレーオムライスです♪
とろとろ卵が上品なお味でした

居心地もよい素敵なお店です

I don't know why but I often see the image of the omelette with rice on TV recently.
So, I wanted to eat a delicious fluffy omelette with rice.
We went to the restaurant "Oeuf Oeuf" which specializes in egg cuisine.
I had heard they serve beautiful one, so I chose the restaurant.
The restaurant shares the building with a select shop.
Not so big, but cozy with some big windows.
We ate the omelette with rice after eating some dishes.
The egg was soft and fluffy, and the sauce was mild.
Apart from the omelette with rice, the menu contained a rich variety of dishes.
So I would like to come again!
It is a comfortable and lovely restaurant.

もっちりピッツア♪ -SPADA-

岐阜市河渡に移転した、イタリアンレストラン「SPADA」さんで夕食。
かなり大きくなっててびっくりしました。

店内も広々とした空間で、ライティングが個性的です。


窯焼のナポリピッツァはかなりもちもちとした食感。
周りの生地がこんがりとしてて香ばしい♪

こちらのピッツァは「モルタデッラ」。
ボローニャハムとモッツアレラチーズでコクと風味豊か、
バジルの爽やかさが効いてました。

こちらで最後に頂いたデザートが予想以上に可愛くて。。。

自家製レアチーズのケーキ。
見た目だけなく、お味も濃厚で個性的なチーズケーキでした。
奥にちらっと写ってるのはティラミス。
トロッとした柔らかめの食感で、たっぷりの量

カジュアルとリッチの中間的お店だと思います。
もっちり食感はかなり気に入りました♪

I went to a Italian restaurant "SPADA" which moved to Godo, Gifu.
I was surprised because it was bigger than I expected.
Inside the restaurant, it was spacious with stylish lightings.
Their speciality, Napoli pizza was chewy and moist.
It was nice brown colored and baked smell.
The pizza was called "mortadella",
It was topped with Bologna ham and Mozzarella, full of body and flavors.
And the eloquence of the basil worked.

I was quite impressed by the unexpectedly cute dessert.
Not just pleasant to the eye, the handmade rare cheese cake tasted rich and unique.
The tiramisu was quite big and also tasted good.

Overall, the restaurant was so-so.
It's good for both casual dinner and a small party.
I was pleased with the chewy texture of the pizza in particular.

夕方カフェ♪ -DUOMO Cafe-

先週、久しぶりに「DUOMO café」さんにお邪魔しました。
大人な雰囲気の中いただける、美味しい珈琲と手作りケーキ♪


毎回悩む、ケーキセレクトですが、この日わたしは「モカケーキ」を。
お連れ様はこちらのお店定番の「マロンのタルト」。

モカケーキは初めて頂いたかもしれません。
ふんわりしたスポンジに、ビターなコーヒークリームがたっぷり♪
とっても大好きな味でした。ぜひまた食べたいケーキです。

雪のちらつく日の夕方だったこともあり、とっても静かにカフェタイムを満喫しました

I went to "DUOMO café" on last midweek evening.
It was the café where we could have good coffee and hand made cakes.
Nice quiet place for grown-ups!
Every time I go there, I can not decide easily which cake I should choose.
I finally chose a moca cake for the first time ( I think )
and my boss chose a standard cake of "maron tart".
I really liked its fluffy sponge and bitter coffee cream.
It was a snowy evening, so the cafe was not crowded.
I spent a relaxed time there.

Break time Sweets♪ -TOURTIE`RE-

今週、お仕事中にいただいたスイーツたち♪
仕事場近くの「TOURTIE`RE」（トゥルティエール ）さんのケーキ＆焼き菓子です。

まずはわたくしがEat！　フランボワーズとチョコレートのお菓子

ムースの柔らか食感に感激
甘さの中に、ほんのりフランボワーズの酸味が優しい。
底の生地の細かいサクサク食感がアクセントですね♪

こちらはキャラメル風味のバターケーキ

ひとくちだけ味見
バタークリームなのに口どけなめらか。
なつかしい味のケーキです。
見た目もヨーロッパのおうちの屋根みたいでかわいい

翌日いただきました♪　オペラ

珈琲のビター感が際立つ、完成されたお味です。
これ、かなり好きだなー

焼き菓子たち

どれも大変美味しかったです。
とりわけ★ガレット・ブルトンヌ（中央）には感動。
こちらのガレットは始めて頂きましたが、ちょっと他とは違う。
ザクホロ食感なのに、すぐに口の中でとろけるような感じ。
バターの風味たっぷりで、それでいて、洋酒系の香りでしょうか？
単なる焼き菓子とは思えない奥行きのある味わいでした。

しばらくぶりに頂きましたが、こちらの美味しさを改めて再確認です

These are the sweets which I had during work this week!
TOURTIE`RE is a patisserie near my workplace.
At first, I ate a framboise & chocolate cake.
I was impressed by the soft texture of the mousse.
Then I tasted a little bit of a caramel butter cream cake.
The cream was smooth and kind of nostalgic taste.
The appearance is like the roof of the European house.
So pretty!

The next day, I ate a opera cake and some baked confectioneries.
I liked the taste of coffee of the cake.
And I was also impressed by the Galletes Bretonnes.
It was not just a rich butter taste.
There was something significant in it. ( liqueur or something else ?? )

These sweets re-realized me of the quality of the shop.

新年初はランチで♪ -BACI-

今年の初「BACI」さんはランチにおじゃましました。
突如食べたくなる、おいしいリゾット♪
この日は。。。というかまた、ですが、「ポルチーニのリゾット」。

メニューにのってたら、頼んでしまいます(ノ_＜。)
とろとろっとしたポルチーニ、おいしくいただきました

ふわふわが可愛いデザート

カプチーノのチーズケーキ

クリーミーで程よいチーズ風味。
濃厚だけどさらっとした口溶け♪

またまた今年もちょくちょくお邪魔したいと思います

Lunch at BACI! First time in 2012!
Suddenly, I felt like eating tasty Risotto, so...
Not surprisingly, I ordered Porcini Risotto.
Everytime I find the name of "Porcini", I always order it.
I can't help it cause I like it so much!
As usual it was so good.
The day's dessert:cappuccino cheese cake was also nice.
It had a mild taste and moderately sweetened.
I had a good lunch time. Thanks(๑╹ڡ╹)╭ ～ ♡
