I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and thirty-five days in a row.
I was able to increase the number push-ups by only one time to 21 times,
and kept over 19-time push-ups for the second straight day.
It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I could see Mt. Ontake from a bridge far
in the distance in the west while riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
And actually I feel much warmer than yesterday.
Weather ladies say the predicted highest temperature is 13 degrees, which
I think is the warmest in this mid-winter period.
I really want to enjoy today's sunlight.
