activity report

There was an activity reporting group of the group that was granted funds for activity funds from the Miymae-ku town development community. 

I am a member of the subsidy for "Association that walks senior life vividly" to which i belong.

That is senior generation7s support.

"We hold health lectures and exchange sessions for senior generations, we support citizen's activities and create opporunities for community participation."

This is the support outline stated in the activity fund support application quidance.

It is the content itself that we are working on and working on voluntary groups. 

It is the second time since the last year to receive funds from the community development council.

There are three types of support.

Support for A course to create activities.

Support for the B course to develop activities. 

Support for the C course to continue activities.

Our support is B course.

We gathered up the activity contents of the past year by using Power Point in the personal computer.

I have to finish the explanation of that activity within % minutes of prescribed time.

We carry out various events 10 times a year.

How competent is to be described in detail, competence is questioned.

I created an activity report accompanied with Powerpoint, repeatedly practiced many times and reexamined the manuscript.

When the baby-boom generation reached the retirenment age 10 years ago, this group is a group formed by voluntarily organizing people who have realized that "there is an exchange partner who can exchange information in the region".

Every month I am carrying out various events according to the purpose without failing the regular meeting.

 Currently there are 44 male and female members.

The average age of the members is 71.5 years.

Regarding the various events of the monthly meeting, the study meeting of the "Tachibuki gakushin ruins group" through the cooperation of the local education committee, including the keynote lecture of the local ward director of the eighth anniversary, and the hiking of the field survey were the projects tat gained popularity.

We also activily worked on joint projects with other groups working in the area.

It is good starting.

I was able to successfully complete the explanation of the activity report within the prescribed time.

In addition, we reported on the result of the members' consciousness survey carried out in August last year.

After reporting theactivities of each group, it is a review from the judging committee members. 

It was a judging committee who was newly appointed as the director of the citizn's hall. 

I was amazed at our achievements and received impressions.
