少女の天空に黒ずんだ渦がまき始める。
渦は大きくなっていく。

裕也は不安と共に誰かに呼ばれている気がした。
渦は見る見る広がってくる。
そして、声が
「ぎゅぅぅぅ。がぁがぁ。あははは」
「誰かいる。魔界と繋がっているのか？そんなものがあるのか？」
裕也は意を決めた。
アクドナェは、娘に指示する。
「今、ここに魔神を解き放たん。エジェ。次元を確定しろ。」
少女の手が振り下ろされる。
「裕也ぁぁあ」メンディアは叫んだ。
「あ。あぁ。誰！誰の手。」エジェの手を誰かが掴んで剣を止めた。
裕也の手である。手だけ次元を移動さしたのである。
そして、エジェの手をつかみ自分の元に引き寄せた。
エジェは裕也に向かって剣を振り下ろす。

裕也は左手でガシットと受け止めた。
剣は彼の左手を傷つけた。その手から血が滴（したた）る。
それを見て渦の中にいる闇の目が二つ光る。
天空の黒ずんだ闇が閉じ始める。
闇から声がする。
「裕也。解放の時は、まだらしい。
今度は、お前が来るのだ！
あははは。」
少女は剣を離した。
裕也は、やさしく、それを取って遠くに置いた。
そして、裕也は少女の口元に血がしたたる左手をかざした。
そして、彼女の頭を右手で撫ぜた。
少女は口開け、一滴それを飲む。
「俺の血だ。闇と光の種族の血だ。」裕也は心の奥から言った。

そして、少女に笑顔が現れた。

儀式は終わった。
