元AKBの渡辺麻友さんが芸能界を引退するそうです。所属事務所を5月末、退社したとのことです。
プロダクション尾木は渡辺プロダクション出身の尾木氏が社長を務める芸能プロで、アイドルだけでなく石坂浩二さんや名高達男さんらも所属しています。
アフリカで大量発生したバッタがいま、インドまでやってきています。農産物への被害や飛行機の運行に支障をきたす事態を生んでいます。
正式名称はサバクトビバッタですが、その名の通りのすさまじい勢いです。インド中西部から邦人も多く住むデリーかいわいへの飛来、さらに東へ…となるのでしょうか。
■ Minced meat croquette/メンチカツ
pork belly 300g (chopped)
Onion 150g
Salt,pepper

Chicken soup 3 tbsp(Mix 1/2 tsp of weipa and 3 tbsp of hot water )
White wine 1 tbsp

Flour 9 tbsp

1. Cut onion in 0.7-0.8cm each.not too small.
2. Mix 3 pcs of eggs. Add flour and mix until all the lumps are gone.
3. Mix Meat,salt,pepper and very well.Add onion.
4. Divide in 9 pcs. Put <2> and then bread clumb.
5. Deep fry in 170-180°.Serve with Japanese mustard, lemon and sauce.
Cabbage 1kg
Minced meat 400g
Onion 200g
Carrot 100g
Bread clam(Panko) 4 tbsp
Egg 1pcs
Salt 1 tsp
Ketchap 1 tbsp
Blackpepper little
Butter 40g
1. Heat butter. Add chopped onion,chopped carrot and fry with weak fire.Cool down.
2. Take out leaf of cabbage one by one.Boil and put water with icecube.
3. Mix minced meat,Panko,egg and salt well .Add (1) and ketchup,pepper.Divide 8.
4. Wrap meat with 2pcs of cabbage.
5. Place (4) in pot.Add 600ml of water with strong fire.After boiling,cover with lid and stew with weak fire for 1 hrs.Until juce reduce in half.
