去った金曜日（２０日）は、うるま市指定研究校（本校）の報告会でした。
５校時は、学校を代表して５年２組さんが英語の公開授業です。
Last Friday was a debriefing session of the Uruma City designated recearch at our school. 5th grade class2 open class of English.
今回の報告会はハイブリッド方式です。
「リアルに参観」と「ズームでの参観」です。
「リアルに参観」教室横で授業を参観です。
Real time ZOOM, waching from other rooms.
「ズームでの参観」、他の教室のテレビで授業を参観しています。
他校の先生もズームを使ってライブで参観しています。
Other schools' teachers are watching live too.
公開授業終了後は、「研究報告会」です。

うるま市教育委員会教育長からの激励のあいさつです。
Greetings from the superintendent of education.
研究主任による研究の概要と成果の報告、授業者による授業説明です。
The outline pfthe reserch by the head of the researcher and explanation of the lesson by teacher.
ズームを使って参加してる中学校の教諭からの質問もありました。
There was some questions from middle school teachers on ZOOM.
前田場小ALTの先生からもズームを通して激励の言葉をもらいました。
Received encouragement words from former ALT on ZOOM.
最後は、指導主事による指導助言です。
田場小学校の取り組みの良いところたくさん見つけていただきました。
At last, guideline advice from the supervisor. They found many good points of our efforts.
