今日から3日間、コロウイルス感染拡大防止対策として、学校が午前中授業になり児童は給食を食べて下校します。
For three days from today, to prevent the spread
of COVID-19, the school will be held in the morning, and the children will
leave after lunch.
この授業カット（５・６校時カット）による空いた時間を活用して、本校職員は急遽「スキルアップ週間」を設定し校内研修を行ないます。
Due to lessons cut, we set up “skill improvement week”. We will use 5th and 6th periods for teachers’ training.
初日の今日は学力向上推進担当から、「授業改善」をテーマにした研修を行ないました。
First day’s theme was “lessons improvement”.
内容は、
①国語の授業改善
②算数の授業改善
③勇気づけのボイスシャワーの3点でした。
We had three contents
1. Improvement of Language (Japanese)
2. Improvement of Math
3. How to encourage students.
児童が学校に行くのが楽しくなるような「授業」を目指し、「学ぶ教師集団」で頑張ります。
We will do our best to create fun “classes” that will make children want to go to school.
