Old-ageing care

There is a woman who is my acquaintance and is doing old-ageing care.

One day I found some black stashes in her arms. When I asked her, she replied that she was hit by her husband.
In her story, he seems to have thrown a chair, etc. to her before. Currently, she seems to be suffering from her husband's wandering habits because he is accompanied by dementia.
Such things happen everywhere in Japan, everyday.
