CentOS6 アップデートで Internal Server Error

今朝、CentOS6 のアップデートを行いました。
結構たくさんあり、ちょっとやな予感がしましたが案の定・・・・

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin@hoge.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Web サーバーで、一部アクセスできないページが発生しました。

調べた結果、IP制限をかけている .htaccess が元凶。これを無効にするとつながりました。
その中身は

order deny,allow
deny from all
allow from 123.456.789.012 #Abc
allow from 444.555.666.777 #Def

直感的に#の注釈を削除してみた

order deny,allow
deny from all
allow from 123.456.789.012
allow from 444.555.666.777

なぜかつながりました。
よかった。
