ユーロ言語計画とは、国語として欧州諸国内国外で失った方の為に、アルファベットを含まないようにして、準アルファベット語であるその類似語であるユーロに、英語を刷りかえる計画である。これによって、英語は、日本語キーボード共通文字を中心にした意味合いの形成は、オブジェクト指向プログラミングや、クラスプログラミングで培われた。さらに、アルファベットに組み合わせた、アルファベット記号に山三角部や、チルダ部や、アポストロフィ部、逆アポストロフィー部、水平コロン部βや、イタリア語で使用されている一部分のギリシャ語文字ばかりで形成し、言語形成国には、スペイン、ポルトガル、フランス、イギリス、ドイツ、オランダ、スエーデン、ノルウエイ、スイス、イタリア等の国籍で言語を形成し代表国をイタリアとして、最初の申出人は英語をヨーロッパ各国で国語として失ったわたくしと他２名が英語ユーロ言語学者として呼ばれる。わたくし達は、決してアルファベットによって許可されない言葉があったことを確認して言語開発学者を結成する。
