自律神経失調症（dysautonomia）とは、交感神経と副交感神経の2つから成り立つ自律神経のバランスが崩れた場合に起こる症状の総称のことである。 → Theautonomic imbalance(dysautonomia)isthegeneric name ofthesymptom to be caused whenthebalance oftheautonomic nerve consisting of two of sympathetic nerve andtheparasympathetic nerve collapses.

日本心身医学会では「種々の自律神経系の不定愁訴を有し、しかも臨床検査では器質的病変が認められず、かつ顕著な精神障害のないもの」と暫定的に定義されている。 → It is defined as"thething which there is not ofthemental disorder thatthelesion ofthetissue is not accepted bytheclinical inspection having malaise of various kinds of autonomic nervous system,besides,and is remarkable" temporarily in Japanese Society of Phychosomatic Medicine.
ただし、この病気は日本では広く認知されているもののDSMでは定義されていない。 → But this disease is not defined intheDSM ofathing recognized widely in Japan.
ICD-10 においては、G90Disordersofautonomicnervoussystem[1][2]に分類され、特定の病名に帰着しないものをG90.9としている。 → IntheICD-10,it is classified in G90 Disorders of autonomic nervous system[1][2] and assumesthething which does not result inthespecific name of disease G90.9.
この病気は昭和36年ごろに東邦大学の阿部達夫が定義したものであるが、現在も医学界では独立した病気として認めていない医師も多い。 → Tatsuo Abe of Toho University defined this disease in about 1961,but there are many doctors who do not recognize it asanindependent disease now inthemedical world.

自律神経とは血管、リンパ腺、内臓など自分の意思とは無関係に働く組織に分布する神経系のことであり、呼吸や代謝、消化、循環など自分の意思とは無関係で生命活動の維持やその調節を行い、絶えず活動している神経である。 → Autonomic nerve is nervous system distributed overtheorganization working regardless of blood vessel, thelymphatic gland,one's intention includingtheinternal organs and it is unrelated to one's intention such as breathing and metabolism,digestion,circulation and performs maintenance ofthelife activity andtheadjustment and isanerve active consistently.
交感神経は代謝、消化などの生命活動を活発にする働きをし、副交感神経は交感神経とは全く逆の働きをする。 → Thesympathetic nerve works to do life activity such as metabolism, thedigestion lively,andtheparasympathetic nerve works totally reverse tothesympathetic nerve.
人体ではおよそ12時間交代でこの二つの神経の優位が入れ替わるとされているが、夜更かしやストレスなどで脳を休める時間が減ると自律神経が興奮し、結果的に交感神経と副交感神経の優位入れ替わりのバランスが崩れ、自律神経失調症となるとされている。 → It is said thatthepredominance of these two nerves is replaced inthehuman body by turns for approximately 12 hours,but when time to rest brain decreases,autonomic nerve is excited at staying up late or stress,and,as a result,balance ofthepredominance replacement of sympathetic nerve andtheparasympathetic nerve collapses,and it is said that it is with autonomic imbalance.

めまい、冷や汗が出る、体の一部が震える、緊張するようなところではないのに脈が速くなる、血圧が激しく上下する、立ち眩みする、耳鳴りがする、吐き気、頭痛、微熱、過呼吸、生理不順といった身体症状から、人間不信、情緒不安定、不安感やイライラ、抑うつ気分など精神的な症状が現れることも多い。 → Though it is notthetense place where dizziness, amember breaking out in a cold sweat shake, Ihave intense blood pressure becoming quick inapulse,andthemental symptoms such as misanthropy,emotional instability,jitters and irritation, adejection feeling often appear from nausea, aheadache, aslight fever,hyperpnoea, thebody symptom such asthemenstrual irregularity to have a buzzing in its ears to feel dizzy to go up and down.
自律神経失調症には様々な症状があり、どの症状がどれだけ強いのか弱いのかは患者それぞれである。 → Autonomic imbalance has various symptoms and is patient each whether it is weak which symptom is how strong.
そのため患者によっては、その他の症状はあまり強く現れないにもかかわらず、ある特定の症状のみが強く表れる場合もあり、症状は実に多岐に亘る。 → Therefore though other symptoms do not so strongly appear depending onapatient,only a particular symptom is strong and may appear,andthesymptom lasts for many divergences really.

夜更かしをする事などによる自律神経の興奮、脳の疲労や、ストレスや更年期が原因のホルモンバランスの乱れ等が挙げられるが、遺伝的に自律神経の調整機能が乱れている患者も存在するため一概に言う事は出来ない。 → Include disorder oftheexcitement oftheautonomic nerve,fatigue andthestress ofthebrain caused by staying up late andthehormone balance caused bythemenopause,but it cannot be said unconditionally becausethepatient thattheadjustment function oftheautonomic nerve is confused hereditarily exists.
しかし、少なくとも半数が日常生活のストレスにその病理の原因があると言われている。 → However,at least half is said that there isthepathologic cause for stress oftheeveryday life.

特に大きな症状は出ない。 → Theparticularly big symptom does not come out.
しかし、席から急に立ち上がるときにめまいや立ち眩みが起こる。 → However,when stand up suddenly fromaseat;dizziness feeling dizzy is generated.
また、起床時に起きられないことがある。 → In addition,it may not be got up at the time of getting up.
緊張もしない所なのに動悸が起こる。 → Though it istheplace that is not tense, aheartbeat is caused.
病態は人それぞれの為、判断しにくい。 → It is hard to judgethecondition of a patient for each person.
また、シェロンテストで異常がみられることも多い。 → In addition,abnormality is often seen in シェロンテスト.

多くの患者は内科ではなく心療内科や神経科に通院する。 → Many patients visit a hospital for treatment not internal medicine in psychosomatic medicine andtheneurology.
治療には抗不安薬やホルモン剤を用いた薬物療法や、睡眠の周期を整える行動療法などが行われている。 → Behavior therapy to fixtheperiod of medical therapy andthesleep usinganantianxiety drug andthehormone drug for treatment is provided.
最近では体内時計を正すために強い光を体に当てる、見るなどの療法もある。 → There isthetherapy such as watching it to exposeabody to strong light to straightenabiological clock recently.
