新年のフォアグラ Foie gras

　新年を祝ってフランスの家庭では何を食べているのでしょうか？
　あちこちの食料品店で見かけたのは、やはりフォアグラ。
　　今回、見つけて試食して美味しかったのが、フォアグラに付けて食べる
　塩・玉ねぎペースト・イチジクペーストがお薦め
　この３種を少し付けるだけで味が変化して一段と美味に。
　　（個人的にはアンコウの肝の方が好みです）
