ちなみに僕はカナ入力なのですが、これは「速く打つ」ためではなく、右手首を痛めた際にストロークを減らす目的で乗り換えました。

個人的な体験で言うと、ストローク数が少ないほうが楽。
だから、ローマ字入力より、カナ入力。
