days in a row have passed since I was able to
rid myself of my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 31-time push-ups for the
fifteenth successive day and more than 9-time
push-ups for the two hundred and sixieth
straight day.
It is overcast now in Nagoya and I feel that
it is a little dark as the clouds are blocking
the sunlight, so it apparently looks like it
is going to start raining pretty soon.
I have decided to do a long-distance walking
by the end of this month, but actually, the
threatening sky is often getting in the way of
my preparation for the planned walking.
