I have succeeded in preventing myself from
smoking for thirteen years and one hundred
and fifty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-
ups for the two hundred and fifty-eighth
consecutive day including the latest thirteen
days of 31-time push-ups.

It is greatly beautifully sunny in Nagoya and
there are completely no clouds in the blue
skies now with the current temperature of
over 17.4 degrees.
To my surprise, this morning was really cold
with the lowest temperature in my hometown
standing at as low as 9.6 degrees.
I am sure that it was the right decision that
I slept with the air conditioner's heater on.
