Man sought in robberies in chesapeake, other cities - Recessed Led Downlight Manufacturer

By Cindy Clayton The Virginian-Pilot May 18, 2012 CHESAPEAKE Police believe a man who robbed the 7-Eleven this morning at 3445Western Branch Blvd. also robbed another store in the city onThursday and likely is responsible for robberies in several otherHampton Roads cities. About 1:45 a.m. today, the man went into the Western Branch store,showed a handgun to the cashier and demanded money, police wrote ina news release.

He fled the store in a gray sport utility vehicledriven by a person who had been seen earlier in the store. The man who robbed the store is described as black, 5 feet 7 and150 pounds, according to police. He wore a black jacket and blackwinter hat with fur on the inside. The driver, who is up to 6 feettall and 190 pounds, wore a white T-shirt and green ball cap.

The same man is believed to have committed robberies in Hampton,Newport News and Norfolk. In those cases, he wore a hat fitting thesame description and similar clothes. In Newport News, the man is believed to have robbed a 7-Elevenstore this morning at 11825 Jefferson Ave. The robbery was reported about 12:45 a.m. High Power Led Floodlight

after the man went intothe store, approached an employee near the coolers, showed arevolver and demanded money, police wrote in a news release. Theman held a gun to the back of the head of a second store employeewho was in one of the aisles and forced him toward the front of thestore with two other clerks. No injuries were reported. He is 21 to 28 and appeared to havedreadlocks, although he was wearing a winter Russian-style hat withear flaps. He also wore blue jeans and a hooded shirt with longsleeves. Pembroke Ave., police wrote in a news release. About 11:36 p.m., the same man went into the store in the 2700block of W. Mercury Blvd., showed a handgun and demanded money. Hefled on foot. In those cases, the man is described as black, 20 to 25 and up to150 pounds.
