土曜に早朝練習後出勤
日曜に丸一日練習
なぜか左肩も痛い正真正銘のおやじです＾＾
今日も画の子と走ってきました（１０年前のものですが）
週３で体力作りです
まだまだ腹は凹みません
練習試合をひとつ含め４週続けての公式戦です
内ひとつは県予選
自信を付けさせる意味でも大事な時です
なんとかひとつひとつクリアしていってもらいたいと願っております
